We love this fridge! Plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer sections. The representative from best buy measured every inch to make sure it would fit and we couldn't be happier with this purchase

I love my new Samsung refrigerator! Beautiful, and holds an amazing amount of food. It also runs so quiet we weren't sure it was working. Excellent quality, and style.

This fridge is amazing! I wasn't to big on the "french doors" but after having this in our new home i have fell in love with it! Delivery was prompt and extremely helpful. Def recommend this to anyone looking for a great fridge with lots of space!

I was reluctant to go from a side by side to a French door as I thought it would put a strain on my back and the freezer compartment appeared smaller than what I had previously. My fears were unwarranted as the handle on the freezer compartment has enough give when it is pulled open and with a wide freezer compartment, storage size is not an issue. The refrigerator is much roomier than what I had before and having the ice maker on the refrigerator door seems to take up less space than having it in the storage area of the unit. The gentlemen who delivered and installed the appliance were very helpful and professional. I am very happy with my purchase!

Bought this labor day weekend. With the huge sale, double your points, and.price matching, Best Buy slayed the competion not only in price, it got an addl $800 in Rewards Certs cause we bought several appliances that day.

Bought this refrigerator due to its counter depth size. Although Best Buy had trouble moving it up, the refrigerator works well.

Do not buy Samsung!! 2nd time in 6 mos the tech has to replace the frozen ice maker!!

Had only a month but it is so great especially after using my old klunker frig. Quiet and convenient shelf setup. Ice maker disappointing. It's loud and makes puny, small cubes.

It looks great, I love the space and flexibility of the shelving in frig section.

Even though this is counter depth it has tons of room. Like the overall layout. I need to have the doors checked because they are sweating where they meet. It is a bit noisier than my old Whirlpool. BestBuy delivery guys did not level it so maybe that will stop the sweating.

We purchased this refrigerator as part of a bundle of Kitchen Appliances, all of which Look, Fit and Work Well. This is a counter depth fridge, it takes a little getting used to, but in our kitchen layout it so much nicer than the deeper models. The type of compressor used in this fridge is very efficient, but makes a distinct humming sound that, although not too noisey, catches your ear. All in all, very good, good pricing and Best Buy experience.

Door space somewhat limited on side of ice maker, ice maker limited in capacity with no second ice maker is freezer part. Counter depth model minimizes "lost" food and is quite efficient.

We needed a counter depth refrigerator for our new house. Wanted a French door since we don't use freezer much. This is perfect for the two of us.

THE REFRIGERATOR SEEMS TO BE WORKING VERY NICELY AND I LOVE THE WATER AND ICE IN THE DOOR. 22 CUBIC FEET GIVES PLENTY OF SPACE FOR THE TWO OF US.

French Door refrigerators are a trendy way to update a kitchen, but...... seem to have less freezer space and fewer shelf height adjustments than our side by side making placement of fridge items a little more challenging. I trust the Samsung brand and it is fairly quiet so overall satisfied and Best Buy Delivery couldn't have gone any better.

This refrigerator is beautiful. The crush ice is great for drinks. It is not noisy. Love it!

They know this product fails easily and that's why they're trying hard to sell you extended warranty at an unreasonably high price, because you WILL spend more to fix issues. Ask for $250 for one additional year of warranty coverage and over $1000 for three years? How much is the likelihood of failure do you want your customers to assume? And it DOES fail after one year. My fridge became very noisy at 14th month. Their warranty no longer covered this kind of issue. Do a simple Google search and you'll see that it's a very common problem of this product. This model doesn't have a defrost model because Samsung claimed that it has no frost problem. It's nowhere close to the truth. I managed to open the inner back panel and found that the whole panel was covered by thick ice. The picture attached is already the status after a long time heating because otherwise the panel won't come out. It's only 14 months of normal usage. And this is recurring! The second attack happened 4 months later and the third one happened 2 months after that. Now it's been one month and let's see what happens next month. Every time I do a fix, I need to move all food out of the fridge and let them stay outside for at least 24 hours, usually resulting in waste of them, and hours of removing the panel and melting the ice. Can you imagine having to do so every 2 or 3 months for a product that is expected to last 20 years? So much hassle. Their app was not functioning. When the fridge is in AP mode, the app was never able to find my home network. I caught and examined the network traffic by this app and found that the app wasn't even trying to make a connection when it claimed not being able to find a network. This is the last product I buy from Samsung.

This fridge is a winner. It's easy to see everything stored in the fresh food section, and especially easy to see (and thus use) the fruits and vegetables. The interior lights are bright. The counter-depth shelves are naturally not as deep as in a "standard" refrigerator, but that means things don't end up hidden in the back. The frozen food section is not as easy to use as in a side-by-side, so I recommend this configuration to a family that also has a separate freezer. Materials all seem substantial and well-made. The handles stick out more prominently than was apparent in the on-line photos. I am really happy with my purchase and with Best Buy's delivery guys.

We haven't had it long, but we are happy with it. It fit perfectly, for counter top height style. U hear the ice drop once in a while, but it's not a big deal. It took us a little bit to get use to the different style, because we had a side by side before. But all an all we like it so far, and no problems. I wrote this review because reading reviews helped us decide, on what fridge to buy, when we we're searching for one.
