Please, please do not buy this fridge or any other counter-depth, french door fridge from Samsung! The ice maker is fundamentally flawed and cannot be fixed, no matter how many times Samsung releases a new service bulletin to their repair teams. It will, in some manner, allow the ice to begin to melt and refreeze, causing all sorts of havoc in the icebox. I've attached a photo from 9/2017 and 7/2019 of the icebox that we've had 4 service calls on - it's still broken! The repair guy that stopped by said he's seen 13 of these fridges, TODAY, all with the same issue.

Great quality and details, counter depth was perfect fit for our kitchen,left good space between fridge and prep island.

This is my second french-door refrigerator. The house I just purchased came with a small double door, so I had to get a new frig. The freezer is huge which is good because I buy in bulk and cook extra and freeze for later. Everything is great except that the top shelf is stationary, just takes a while to sort out what fits best on what shelf.....and this is true with anything new. Stainless is new for me. I like the looks......but definitely recommend stainless cleaner/polish. I purchased some wipes and they did the trick. My new kitchen is not finished yet. Water is not hooked up, so haven't used the thru-door water and ice . Was waiting for it to cool but could not hear if it was running......had to get up close. It is very quiet.

I was very happy at first but flaws quickly began to surface and the refrigerator is less than 3 years old. The wide drawer on the bottom never stays on track and it is difficult to close. The ice maker constantly breaks down and clogs and has to be defrosted at least once a month. The water drip tray is non-existent, causing constant water lines to drip down the front of the refrigerator. The angle of the ice and water dispenser does not line up with cups, so there is ice always falling on the floor and water spraying out. I would not recommend nor will I buy another Samsung appliance.

I picked up this puppy after accidentally ordering a fridge that was too big. I needed a 'counter depth' fridge that wouldn't bonk the the kitchen island whenever I opened the door. This bad boy does the trick without sacrificing too much storage space. It's also quite striking, and also keeps food nice and cold. I love the crushed ice feature too boot!

This refrigerator runs great, looks great and holds much more food and drinks than you would think.

I have been very satisfied with this counter depth fridge. There is not as much space in the main compartment for tall stuff like bottles or pitchers, so we're having to get used to storing those items in the doors. Other than that, no complaints. Everything works great!

Only fits small bottle -Ice maker took 3 days to fill up -Ice dispenser throws ice everywhere Overall, I like the refrigerator. My main complaints are around the in-door ice dispenser.

Excellent lighting, you can see everything even the items in the back. I love the adjustable shelves and the door alarm.

This was our first French Door refrigerator. Other than the fact that we had to have it serviced due to extreme freezing inside the bottom freezer and the freezer handle had to be re-attached, we have not encountered any issues with this unit. The over freezing was our fault because we overloaded the freezer with things. The handle issue was annoying but it was fixed quickly. It has an external water and ice dispenser which has worked well for us. Replacing the water filter tends to occur every 6 months. Installing a new filter is easy enough but it can be a bit tricky because you have to make sure that the filter is inserted properly. It can also be a bit tight when you have to turn the water filter to remove and to install. The noise that the refrigerator unit makes is minimal and occasional. Temp control in the refrigerator and freezer is very good. Interior lighting is very good too. For a counter-depth refrigerator, it has a good amount of storage space. Since the handles are made of plastic, it is advisable to handle them with care. The exterior finish does pick up finger prints quite easily but that can be cleaned with the right cleaner with little trouble. Overall, I would recommend this Samsung refrigerator. However, make sure to buy it with tech service included for a few years at least.

A quiet counter depth that is surprisingly roomy. Looks great too.

We bought this to fit into a smaller space so the counter depth was important. Even with the smaller size it fit quite a bit more than our prior fridge that occupied the same space. It's been a couple of months of ownership and it's been great! This is not a fingerprint resistant finish but don't mind cleaning every so often.

Beautiful fridge with lots of room. One down side is you have to hole the glass very close to the water/ice dispenser or it will get everywhere.

So far so good. Very good use of space for a counter depth. Ice maker has been better than other reviews claim. It's fairly quiet, although not super quiet. While the shelving allows for some flexibility, it's tough to find a home for taller items without significantly limiting your options for other shelves. It's very good looking and freezer is larger than expected. As is the case with most stainless steel, it does show fingerprints. Overall, I'm happy with this refrigerator.

This fridge is quite nice!!! I like the storage in the freezer and the fridge is amazing. Very sturdy and strong as well.

We needed a counter depth and an in door ice machine for work and this fit the bill at the best price. It lights up well so it is easy to see in both the refrigerator and freezer. Ice maker is a little slow to recover, I hope it can keep up this summer

I had to have a counter depth fridge due to the space it needed to go in. They are expensive, but this one was reasonable, and I am so glad I found it. It is quiet, and stays consistently cool. And it looks great too! Great purchase. Also, Best Buy made the process very easy and the delivery guys were great!
