This item is great for those with lots of room to open the doors when accessing the top area of the refrigerator. Easy to access.

I love that my tall water container fits into the water dispenser. The motor is totally quiet. The only thing I don't like is that it shows the set temperature instead of the actual one. I would like to know how much the temperature rises when you open the door

The fridge part works well, but the ice machine is extremely slow.

Fridge fits perfectly in my new kitchen and doesn't take up too much space. Love the freezer on the bottom feature.

I have had this for over two years now and have had no troubles. The interior is well laid out, and the contents are always easy to see. The only downside is that removing crisper drawers for cleaning can be a little tricky, as the door shelves have to be removed first.

This is the second time I have bought this product We own 2 of them for 2 different houses

I find this appliance offers a significant value based on the price paid and the performance it delivers.

Generally good. Required to learn how to use hi tec and it took some time.

wouldn't recommend putting magnets because it scratches it.

Nice upgrade from old unit. Storage bins are ample size for variety of snacks and compact meals.

Product is terrific. Access to refrigerator is wonderful. We had a side by side and enjoyed it. However this layout is much more conducive to the way we live and use a refrigerator. Feels like it has more space and access to food, vegetables, fruits etc.

Refrigerator works well and looks nice, but it has the worst ice maker of any model I have ever owned. Even though it is still under warranty until November (under 3 years old) I am replacing it with another brand. I have given this one to a person who does not need an ice maker.

Just received my new French door refrigerator/ freezer with water and ice dispenser. It arrived on time and the techs who installed it were experts and really cared. They even vacuumed the space where it was going.

We love our Samsung refrigerator. We have had for 6 months without any problems. It has bright lighting and the compartments are well designed. The only thing we wish we could change is if we had room for the full size, instead of counter depth...

I really like the inner case & show case doors. Makes for quick & easy access to items often used. The refrigerator is designed to provide efficient use of space. Seems to store more than my previous refrigerator which had more square footage.

Absolutely love this fridge. Originally picked out side by side but changed mind just before delivery and much happier. Don’t do a lot of frozen food so prefer the wide look of fridge to see the items in it better!

I love the countertop width. It looked very shallow in the store alongside the others, but it is so well designed, we have more room than our old refrigerator which was regular depth. The design is sleek and convenient.

The ice maker is small, and makes a loud grinding noise.

Not as attractive as the box it replaced. Difficult to remove ice from the hopper.

Refrigerator seems adequate. Replacement for LG which always had problems.
