Excellent product, it works perfectly, very good design

Excellent refrigerator, the family loves the design and features, however: the "black stainless" is simply a painted coating. When the door scratched against a corner, it scuffed some finish off. I'd expected the finish to be a more durable treatment, or a solid color (like stainless steel is). In any event, we love our fridge.

counter depth makes kitchen look ,nice, but fridge is definitely smaller

Great fridge, lots of space, very organized setup. love that it has a separate 4th door for keeping cool drinks or deli items at a specific temperature. great added feature.

Door storage on the left side is a little small due to the ice maker. Is fine for smaller bottles and jars. Does not bother me but some may find this a problem. Love the refrigerator and the shelves easily adjust.

Samsung is a great brand and products are fancy as well, only mistake I did was not to ask to open all products (I choose to install them myself except the range) since the dishwasher was a little damaged on one foot making installation (leveling) a little challenging, They should just make sure to open products no matter what, otherwise would've been 6 stars!!

Purchased as open box item. Has good space and large freezer.

We specifically chose this fridge due to space constraints in our kitchen remodel. Fridge is nice, left hand door seems a little useless as shelving is very narrow. But plenty of space other wise. Freezer is large but feels a little rickety when opening and closing. Would have expected a smoother glide for cost of appliance.

Counter depth is the way to go. Doesn’t stick out.

This is almost identical volume to our old fridge and the layout allows us to fit much more into both fridge and freezer. Counter depth is visually appealing as well as the brushed stainless steel.

The refrigerator looks beautiful & the shelving is very functional. I love that the lighting is bright. The only issue is that the refrigerator does not cool evenly. The top shelf reaches the chosen temperature, but the door & other shelves are at higher temperatures. Some of our dairy was going bad so we exchanged it for a new one. This one has the same issue with the difference in temperature, but we've had it for a week and nothing has gone bad yet. We'll see if it still doesn't go bad in the next week or so. The lowest temperature is 34 degrees. Our old fridge used to turn the top of some of the food icy when lowered to the lowest setting. Even at the lowest setting, this refrigerator does not even come close to being that cold.

I llove having french doors on my new Samsung refrigerator.

This has been a great purchase. The Black Stainless looks perfect in our kitchen. Has plenty of room for food and beverage storage. The delivery people were very pleasant as well.

This fridge has worked well without any major issues. It stays cold and has plenty of freezer space. My biggest complaints are the small (and slow) ice dispenser and some challenging shelving space. Overall, 3.5-ish stars. Very good value refrigerator for the cost.
