Love the counter depth, ice maker kind of small, love the auto refill water pitcher probably my favorite feature. Even though the shelves aren’t as deep as a standard fridge you really have plenty of space and nothing gets lost in the back like deeper fridges, the middle drawer is very convenient, we keep it set at the deli setting keeping cheese and other things we use frequently.

Great addition to our modern kitchen. 2 things I dislike, the water pitcher and the deli drawer. The pitcher leaks when poured. It's a poor design. The deli drawer takes up space. It's not a need for us, it's an unnecessary luxury.

This refrigerator looks super sharp in my house, I love the freezer and I love the drawer. It’s a great place to stash peanut M&Ms and beer LOL.

What a beauty. Had it for 3 months. Very quiet. Easy to clean, Just wipe with a microfiber cloth with a little water. Love the built in pitcher & flexible shelving.

I love this product my only issue is the finger prints left behind when opening and closing.

It is very spacious and modern. Love the jar of water it came with and that their is soo much space in the freezer.

Nice clean look, love the beverage drawer. I like you can open one fridge door and still be able to pull out a drawer without both sides open.

Love it, even though it's not the one I originally bought. The original was being sold even though BBY has not had it in-store for over a year. I was and still am disappointed that I never got the original. However this is a very nice refrigerator, love the 4 doors, just didn't want the water/dispenser on the outside door.

I had wanted Samsung's Tuscan appliances for quite sometime, but was hesitant because of poor reviews concerning the ice maker. I believe Samsung has corrected the problem. This refrigerator is perfect! Love having filtered ice and water on the door and cold water pitcher inside. We have less room due to this being counter depth, but there is more usable space and we can find things easier. We have few fingerprints and it cleans up nicely. I like the clean lines without handles. The flex drawer is handy and items in freezer are easy to reach.

Clean and crisp aesthetics, fully functional, and the perfect amount of accessories. All anyone needs!

Only had this product for 3 days. Purchased it last month but was waiting until new home was complete before delivering. So far so good!

We just moved into a new house that had an opening for a counter depth refrigerator, this fits wonderfully! The Ice Maker / Water dispenser is much better than ones before. It fits with our decor much better since the handles are hidden! We've had it for 3 weeks and everything has been great!

I would like to share my today's experience and to let other know The RF we bought 1.3 years ago. It happened that we have never used water pitcher inside. As Holiday comes we decide to use it and first wash it in dishwasher along with other plastic items, which we usually wash. OMG the pitcher got melted(see pictures). I couldn't believe my eyes. We paid $2500 for RF and the water pitcher plastic got melted????!!!!! I called Samsung. They are not going to replace it!!!! They are not going to compensate me!!!! I am talking about SamsungCompany!!! what kind of quality what kind of respect they have to their customer, who paid $2,500 PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUY

Although I picked out this refrigerator, my wife is in love with it. Now that says it all. Operates very well. I heard of ice maker problems on older versions, but so far it seems this is no longer an issue.

Great refrigerator super quiet and love the look with no handles. Middle drawer is great for beverages. We do wish the ice maker had a little more storage.
