Love this fridge but it's not as fingerprint resistant as I'd hoped. It looks amazing and I love the fact that it has no handles sticking out. Lots of space too.

After 40 years of side-by-side refrigerators, we finally purchased our first French door refrigerator. We love this one! The wider (than side-by-side) refrigerator section makes it easier to organize and keep organized. The middle drawer is great for lunch meats and soft drinks. Frequent items can go in the middle drawer so family members can get lunch or snacks without digging thought the rest of the fridge. My absolute favorite feature is the water pitcher just inside the left door. It automatically refills! No matter how much is poured out, it refills within 60 seconds.We always have a pitcher of filtered ice cold water to refill out water bottles -- so much better than trying to use the water in the door -- which isn’t as cold and sprays everywhere except into the water bottle. The ONE thing we’re not wild about is the capacity of the ice maker -- we are a "high ice use family” and this ice maker barely keeps up with our demand. We love this refrigerator. There is one little thing to mention. In the owner’s manual it states that 4 spacers are include to level the two doors. After looking everywhere for the spacers, I called Samsung and they tried to sell me said spaces. It wasn’t until I told them to come pick up the refrigerator (because the manual said the spacers are included and they wanted to charge me for them) that they said they would send the spacer for free. I was annoyed that I paid ~$3,000 for a refrigerator and they wanted to charge me for parts that probably were worth less than $5. Other than I/m happy.

This is a replacement for the Samsung 4 door flex fridge. We had purchased a different Samsung that had a chronic issue with the ice maker (class action lawsuit in process). Because we had Geek Squad coverage, that fridge was refunded and we purchased another. We love the flex section (drawer in the middle that can be set to a separate temp ) We use the drawer for drinks and as such are limited to cans due to the height. It is early to tell if the ice maker will have a similar issue, we hope Samsung has this corrected. This fridge is considerably quieter than the previous one (it had a constant gurgle due to bad drainage of the defrost cycle).

My husband and I bought this refrigerator 3 years ago on black Friday. A few months into it we noticed a small drip coming from the ice maker. The drip was leaking right into the butter bin soaking all of the butter. We had Geek squad come out & repair it. Few more months go by and now the leak is back. This time its leaking on to the shelves right above the produce drawers causing the metal edging on the shelves to chip away. Once again Geek squad comes out trys to repair the ice maker. One technician said the water hose had wiggled loose and the water was ricocheting off the ice maker and spilling into the fridge. Few months go by now the water / ice maker on the front of the fridge is leaking out of the front door of the fridge. Fast forward to 6 Geek squad visit and six new ice makers we now have the left side door literally rotting and rusting at the base of the door. The interior of the fridge that for a very short time was so pretty is now no long smooth from the calcified water sitting on the shelves inside. We no longer have nice smooth metallic shelf edging. We finally had a Samsung technician come out accidentally dent the right door panel while working on replacing the ice maker for the 7th time and tell me that he personally really disappointed that they wouldn't allow him to request any further repairs because we're no longer under warranty. I'm super disappointed in Samsung my household has so many of there products and we're currently remodeling our kitchen and would love to get the matching stove, dishwasher and stove but never again. We literally will have to move this $3,200 fridge out to the garage and go with another brand. Never again never again will I be a Samsung customer.

After 1 year of use this fridge has held up okay for first fridge. We were just a household of 2 and wanted a fridge to match our kitchen... the short depth worked well in our favor so that it isn't sticking out and almost nearly counter depth. Also it is truly finger print resistant compared to our friends' fridges. It looks stunning! However the ice maker is absolute trash. If you use a lot of ice (for a party?) you'll find yourself out of ice and waiting HOURS for a few cubes. The middle drawer is only useful for drinks.. and even then you have to set it to the lowest setting to keep it COLD.

This is a great counter depth fridge. However, it’s probably the loudest fridge we’ve ever had. And the smallest ice maker we’ve ever had. However, it’s the only counter depth fridge we have had, so this all might be normal for this size. It’s easy to clean since there are no handles. The kids have a snack drawer and don’t keep the door open forever while looking for food. It sits flush with the cabinets. So all in all, I would buy this again.

awesome samsung fridge .the flex zone drawer is so nice and convenient we keep drinks in it and there nice and cold and dont have to open fridge drawers up trust me u will be supprised at how much u will use the flex zone drawer and the water pitch on the inside left door has an infuser in it so u can add tea or whatever in it and put it in door and it will auto fill with cold water its so nice ..now couple things that we wish was diffrent .the fridge does leave finger marks pretty easy put wipes right off and secound thing is that magnets will not stick to front doors but i would recomend this fridge i purchased it back at black friday sales and got a deal on it for $2000 its exspensive but very nice ohh and one more thing also purchase the best buy warrenty the changed there policies so now u buy a 5 year plan and get the actual 5 years plus the 1 years manufactures warranty so makes it covered by best buy for 6 years

So I love this fridge. It’s been great so far; had it 6 months. Only had the ice maker get clogged one time and it wasn’t hard to rectify. My only complaint is with the water filter replacement. You MUST pull the fridge out away from the wall and shut off the water supply prior to changing the filter. I thought this was a real pain so I didn’t do it...never had to with any other fridge...filter won’t seat correctly with pressure against the line...water leaked everywhere...luckily no damage...my fault ultimately but rediculous that I have to pull the fridge out every time I change a filter.

For a product that's fingerprint resistant, we spend a lot of time wiping smudges off. We do appreciate that there are no handles jutting out into our narrow walkway, but it's not intuitive where to pull to open fridge or freezer compartments. We've only had the fridge a short time...I'm sure we'll get used to it eventually. The metal divider in the flex zone drawer is kind of in the way and not really helpful. Perhaps it would be more useful if it had clip on vertical separators. So far, everything seems to cool well.

Got our new Samsung refrigerator and so far we love it. So quiet and clean looking with the "no handles" doors. Love the drawer in the middle for those things you want but don't want to always open up the larger doors.

i have had the fridge for just short of a week and the inside auto fill water pitcher is not filling. the frustrating part has been the difficulty in actually speaking to someone at customer support to help with the problem. I called multiple times over two days ...finally on hold with someone who is now having difficulty in setting up an appointment for someone to come take a look! UGH

First, I like not having handles since the outside is easier to keep clean. The middle draw feature is great for deli items and since I don't keep much in the freezer having it on the bottom makes for a perfect layout. Also, this is the quietest frig I have ever owned. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Fridge. Love the minimalist modern design. Beware ice maker. Constantly Froze. We ended up having it serviced 4 times because the ice maker was frozen solid. Best buy ended up replacing it under the no lemon policy (Thanks BestBuy!!!). IF you don't care about the ice maker, go for it. We were really sad when we had to replace.

I have had this fridge for 1 month and love it so far. I was worried about the reviews on Samsung ice makers but haven't had any issues yet. Supposedly those issues are fixed on these newer models. The demensions are great, design great, etc. I took one star away for the upper freezer drawer. It sticks and doesn't slide well. It looks like a design issue to me. They need to make some adjustments but overall, lots of space for a counter-depth fridge and very happy with it.

This refrigerator is beautiful! Everyone that comes over comments on it. They also love the middle drawer and so do I it’s flexible it can be a wine cooler beverage cooler freezer or fridge. Problem is I’ve actually never used it for other than a refrigerator. It is counter depth so it doesn’t store as much is a full refrigerator but that was expected. The only problem I have is that the upper freezer drawer inside is really cheap and comes off the track constantly. It’s annoying.

So far this fridge/freezer has been great. Plenty of storage in the fridge and lots of compartments. Larger bulky items may be a little bit of a problem without removing a shelf but no worries so far. The top "flexzone" drawer is ideal for keeping bottled drinks at a slightly warmer temperature than the fridge if you don't like them too cold, also good to stop your chocolate melting and keeping your cheesecake in! The only issue so far has been the freezer compartment. It holds a lot, the top sliding tray is great, but if you are fond of frozen pizza, you might find the bottom half a little restrictive. You can get them in but you can't stand them vertically or lay them horizontally so have to put them in at an angle, which takes up way more space than necessary. You can fit 3 on the one side and still allow the sliding top to operate correctly, more would probably jam the top tray. The other side still holds quite a bit, just try and not buy big pizzas if you need to cram extra stuff in there. Otherwise it's great, runs quietly and looks awesome and I would recommend this if it's the style you are after.

The fridge is great and works as expected. We are getting used to the changes from our previous freezer-on-top model. We purchased the floor model so we got the previous year's model at a great price. Perhaps the newer model has taken care of the things we find irritating. A few minor things that are irritating are: 1) There isn't a good place for taller condiment bottles like ketchup, dressing, etc. We used to fit these in the door of our old fridge. Now it seems we will need to buy the smaller sized bottles. 2) The flexible shelf that can slide back to allow for taller items when needed slides back too easily even when slightly bumped. So things that were on that shelf accidentally fall off. 3) The freezer drawer comes off track very often 4) The water pitcher that comes with the fridge doesn't stay in the exact position is should when empty since it the button pushes it out a little bit. This causes the pitcher to not be exactly lined up with the fill tube and therefore water gets over everything when it is filled automatically. 5) We have to clean the doors all the time. I'm not sure what fingerprint resistant means in this case as the doors always look dirty. As a floor/open box model it was set to be in demo mode. The Best Buy installers didn't take it out of demo mode and we didn't receive a user manual with the fridge. So we had to look up online why it wasn't getting cold after a couple of hours. We figured it out but it took time we didn't really have and is something I think the installers should have just taken care of initially.

We liked the look of no handles, but boy do we wish it had handles. Since it has no handles the front stays smudged up with finger prints. If you are an ice tea drinker be warned. I keep my tea in a gallon picture. I had to flip up the small shelf on top to have a space inside the fridge for tea, juice and milk. When we have multiple juices milks and teas we have to also slide in half of another shelf. If you don't flip up or slide in the shelf. there is not a space on the inside with enough height to place your tea jugs and juices, the door space is limited compared to my last fridge. The ice also hangs up quiet often where it dumps out in the ice maker. The space is too narrow there. I have to take the ice bin out and take a long knife to break it up. I wonder it i am gonna get a hole in the side of it one day stabbing at it like that in a confined space. The best thing about this fridge is the center pullout drawer, it is very nice. i love that part of it. the bottom section of the deep freezer is hard to get to. the top drawer of the deep freezer is awkward to push back out of the way. Bottom line i would have definitely took this fridge back if the restocking fee had not been so high. The inside is also well lit. But for the cost of this fridge i should be delighted in it. instead i am disappointed that i didn't choose a better one.

We wanted a stainless counter depth refrigerator as we are switching our kitchen over to stainless. We had already bought a kitchenaid dishwasher which didn't have a handle so this model from Samsung was perfect matching the dishwasher and also saved space without the handles protruding. There are hand holds to open and close all the doors and drawers at the top and bottom of each so it's easy to use without touching the stainless. We don't miss the loss of space but to be honest we did move the old frig to the garage and do use both. We love the pitcher which is always full of cold water and the interior lighting is great. The adjustable shelving is also great. Other reviews have knocked the lack of ice storage in the ice maker but we haven't noticed that as a problem. The crushed ice maker works great. The freezer storage at the bottom with the two drawers is very convenient and easy to access with good lighting. The middle drawer is very handy, we have adjusted to use it now for soda pop cans with the appropriate temp. but it can also be used for deli and cheese etc. We just love the styling outside and in. The stainless does pick up fingerprints easily if you don't watch how you open the doors.

It's a good fridge and it's pretty, but a couple of things I'm not crazy about. First, the finger prints are ridiculous. I have to wipe down the fridge daily. Every little touch shows up on the fridge. Every time you open it. And there are no handles so the doors are touched every time its used. The second issue is the ice-maker. Its way too small. Make four drinks and you are out of ice for the night.
