This is our 2nd Samsung refrigerator, and I couldn’t be happier. It is a beautiful sleek design without the standard handles. Also the auto fill water pitcher is amazing.

No handles make the kitchen look so sleek, clean, modern. And the non fingerprint finish is great. Love the inside configuration for shelves, etc. The pitcher of filtered water is a bonus.

So far 1 week and I love it. Looks great. Ice maker worker. Water dispensers works and keeps veggies crisper than my old refrigerator.

I love the streamlined look of this fridge, specifically the no-handle design. This has made a huge difference in the look and feel of my kitchen. Very happy with the flex-zone drawer, which I mostly use for storing meats. Only two minor complaints: (1) As far as I can tell it is not possible to adjust the humidity in the crisper drawers. (2) The built in water pitcher/infuser gets no use in my household (the water dispenser in front is sufficient), so this is wasted space that could otherwise be used as storage on the door. (This is of course dependent on one's personal preference, but I suspect most users would prefer to be able to store a few extra condiments at the expense of a dedicated water pitcher)

I'm loving my new refrigerator! Having the flexibility of setting the temperature in the flex draw differently than the freezer or refrigerator sections is helpful. The flush doors with no handles sticking out to catch my clothing on is really nice but took a little getting used to at first. Samsung improved their water/ice through the door with this model. You can now fill taller containers with more ease than the models only a year or two older. The pitcher in the door makes it nice too. Now I can have filtered water for my coffeemaker without balancing the reservoir under the outlet and it refills itself when you put it back.

I wasn't sure if I would like the freezer on the bottom, but it seems to me that I can find things better with this arrangement than in my former side-by-side refrigerator. I have only had it a short time, but so far, I am very pleased. I am using the middle pull-out drawer for canned or bottled drinks. It keeps them colder than in the regular refrigerator area.

Great fridge. Even though it’s counter depth, it feels large. The flex shelf divider is really helpful. Easy to clean smudges off the front

Yes, I've fallen for my refrigerator. We purchased this after doing some research on other models and picked it for it's convenience of door, drawers and shelves. The mid-range price was also part of our decision. The fridge is very well chilled and our fresh fruits and veggies stay fresher longer ! The water/ice maker works well and the freezer section is more than adequate. Once of the best things - we needed a cabinet depth unit, and this fridge doesn't have any handles on the front - rather inset pockets used to open doors and drawers. IT THE BEST THING EVER! I don't have to worry about the handles sticking out, and better yet - there are no dirty handles to try and keep clean!

I thought this was gonna be the best refrigerator not having handles. But no one know how to open it so it ALWAYS had fingerprints on it. Other then that it’s a Great product

For a mid-range price, this fridge delivers on par with the fanciest brands. Excellent distribution of heat inside, no frozen eggs or milk. Drawer is very handy, I use it for deli items most of the time. Bottom freezer is small, but easier to configure than two small doors. Top tray in freezer doesn’t roll well, but not a big issue. The only problem I have had is that the pitcher leaks when pouring a glass of water, so I always hold it over a sink. Will see if I can get a replacement. Light inside is nice, not glaring. Perhaps could use more room for tall items, or maybe I need to buy shorter food! Seriously, it has been a satisfying purchase.

Beautiful fridge, love it! Only bad thing is you see fingerprints easily.

After the first month running well, then the ice maker jams every week now. It is so disappointed in the design of ice maker which is so small as well as not much of ice produced anyway. There should be a recall of ice maker, period full stop for this model!!!!!

The fridge is great! Plenty of room and well lit inside. The delivery folks were prompt and polite. Excellent service and product.

Very nice fridge, the only complaint is that a carton of milk only really fits standing up in the door. We always have a lot of milk with kids so the door is a great option. The custom drawer is great because you can make it a freezer when you buy too much :)

Love the space really like the sleek no handle style. Favorite is the auto water refill for the water pitcher in the door super cool! Finger prints are a yes but easy to remove.

I love my new refrigerator and its size. Of all of the refrigerators that I have owned, this one is the best for its efficiency, size, and cooling.

We are very happy with our purchase. No more groping in a gloomy side by side to find something. Everything is bright and visible. Everyone complements the clean, no handles design.

No complaints about this product. Arrived on time, delivered on time, installed correctly. No issues so far, love the adjustable shelves and the clean exterior with no handles.

We needed a new fridge. The salesman at bestbuy was knowledgeable and helpful. We selected this model and it was delivered shortly thereafter. The only problem is the freezer drawer is a bit wonky and will stay open ajar if you’re not careful. That leads to problems if that leaves the freezer drawer open for a while.
