really love the features, water pitcher in the door, ice maker, water, great features, lots of space for a counter depth fridge. needs a few inches of clearance for doors

the fridge looks nice, however the way the doors open are a bit rough. I don't find it fingerprint resistant, and really hard to clean. over all, I am satisfied with it, but did not have it long enough to form a solid opinion.

Like the clean looks. Very quiet unit. Door holds 2 Gal. milk jugs and 1 shelf flips up & 1 slides in for other tall bottles. Plenty of room. Very happy with this unit.

I love this fridge. I actually wanted a fridge that didn’t have the more common pull handles as the fridge is in a very narrow space. Love the water dispenser on the outer door and the flex zone (we use it for chilled wines and it even has the recommended temperature displayed on the drawer). My favorite feature is the built in water pitcher. Never has it been so incredibly easy to fill my keurig with filtered water. I have yet to use the fruit/vegetable diffuser built into the pitcher but I can’t wait. I’m also impressed by the pitcher auto-fill feature...it’s so convenient!!!

This refrigerator exceeded all my expectations - good looking sleek space saving model without the usual handles but with recessed slots for opening and closing the fridge. Plenty of interior room for food with shelves that can be adjusted to accommodate large and/or tall items. The freezer draw has two large bins for storage as well as a sliding basket above the bins. The Flex 4th door shelve can be temperature adjusted up or down depending on what is stored and contained in this section. This model also has an automatic refilling water pitcher which is a nice touch not offered on other models.

So far this refrigerator has met all my expectations. It’s very quiet. I love the water inside the door. It stays cold and automatically refills itself. Very cool feature.

Nice and compact fridge. But not fingerprint resistant.

I bought this fridge 9 months ago and love its features. The separate drawer can be used for drinks or deli foods. The water and ice in the door is something I use daily, changing the filter is a breeze since it’s licated between the crisper drawers. I do wish there were more granular adjustments for the shelves and bins in the door.

I love it but the ice maker doesn't work well.....

works great. looks great. I love that it doesn't have handles that way you can pair it with any appliance brand! I also love the different settings and the middle drawer.

Fridge overall is good. Spacious fridge. Adjustable drawer is very cool and holds a lot of beverages and gets them cold quick. Freezer is ok, doesn't seems to hold as much as you think. Outer surface easily picks up fingerprints and always looks dirty. Recently having issues with ice maker. It has been freezing over with big chunks of ice building inside unit rendering it useless in ice production. When it did produce ice the ice receptacle was very small.

As advertised, lots of nice features and is very roomy for our current family (4); we've only had the refrigerator for a few weeks but, we are very satisfied thus far.

This is a great option for counter depth at a great price

This refrigerator was fantastic for the first year of owning it. Then came problems. The ice machine and ice box have been problematic. Ice wouldn't dispense and the drawer for the ice box wouldn't come out. Had to turn off the ice maker due to the issues. The automatic water pitcher is now finicky and won't always auto refill. I loved the fridge for the first year and now I'm super disappointed. Samsung is under a class action lawsuit because of the ice machine.

This is the best fridge I’ve ever had. I though that the in door water pitcher was crazy but this works great for filling my pets water bowls with fresh filtered water. I love how it refills itself. I also love the extra drawer. We use this for produce. The variable temperature settings for the drawer can be set for what’s works best for each household. The only thing missing is an extra ice maker in the freezer. I do wish that the ice maker was bigger. It has a small storage area for the ice.

I have been looking for a Refrigerator without handles and found this one. It is so stylish and functional with the adjustable shelves inside . We love the separate drawer for items you may want to retrieve without opening the top French doors. Freezer very spacious and functional with the top roll back shelf. Fingerprints wipe clean from surface and the inset handles under and on top of the doors allow you to open without getting fingerprints on the surface of the doors.

Bought it for a rent house. Takes a little effort to get used to lack of handles but has clean lines and good looks. Expect the ice to freeze over and interrupt dispensing ice. Easy enough to chip the ice and make it functioning again.

This counter depth model fits our modern kitchen perfectly. We love the drinks drawer and the auto refill water pitcher.

absolutely love this fridge! after specifying the previous model for my clients, this newer version has a preview window in teh beverage section which is super useful especially with kids who often want to open fridge and just stare what's inside. I love the "endless water pitcher" inside and several other features that make it very practical. as a designer, it's very sleek and elegant

Perfect counter depth refridgerator. Although not completely fingerproof, the marks left are minimal and the fact that it does not have handles makes it look sleeker.
