Perfect counter depth refridgerator. Although not completely fingerproof, the marks left are minimal and the fact that it does not have handles makes it look sleeker.

Overall this is a great fridge. I love the flex zone drawer. The bottom freezer with the sliding drawer inside has some issues as it doesn't slide very easily. I was limited to fridges due to space issues and I knew what I was getting into with the bottom freezer.

Ample space in all compartments. Counter depth fit as advertised, and the stainless steel finish looks great.

The integrated pitcher with auto-fill is life altering! Also, the flex drawer makes prepping food in advanced and storing at appropriate temperatures a breeze.

The fridge is more beautiful at home then at the store. Me and the wife love it. It does everything we want and expect from it. Runs very quiet, including the ice machine. Ice production is on the small side, but we also have a bag of ice on hand for company. Fingerprints do show a little bit but easily wipe away. Aside from that it's a dream.

I took away a star for each problem I've incurred with this fridge model. 1. The ice-cube dispenser locks up with ice build up so ice cubes will no longer come out, therefore the fridge needs to be powered down 2x to 3x a year to melt the ice build up to reactivate the ice cube dispenser. 2. The water filter is impossible to pull out! So forget trying to replace the water filter unless you have Hulk finger strength! 3. After three years the digital electric panel is malfunctioning (over-beeping, turning on and off, etc.)

There are two negative features of this refrigerator, first is the tiny ice drawer which can be used up quickly if you have any company over and the second is the lack of handles which inevitably leaves smudges on the doors. The positives of this unit is it’s sleek, ultra modern look and its well laid out interior.

So far I have mixed feelings about this refrigerator. I’ve only had it for a week, and am very well read on some of its known issues (eg ice box dying pretty quickly). Problem is all of these refrigerator have a known issue. Some have compressors that break, while others have issues with logic boards. The refrigerator was delivered by an external contractor, and had some damage. I’ve requested credit for the damage, and am waiting to hear back. I highly recommend buying the geek squad plan. It’s a pain, and it’s expensive...but these refrigerators aren’t cheap either.

This is a great refrigerator, I didn't think I will like the multiple drawers but now I love them, and I love the middle drawer to put my beer and wine.

Great space....very, very nice looking....the auto water infusion feature is amazing...extremely quiet...overall the best fridge I have ever owned.

I gave up my black glossy 28 cf Samsung refrigerator during a kitchen remodel to go with a counter depth to gain more room. Black stainless seemed to be the only option for most of the applicances I was looking for - stove and new fridge. In order for them to match, I went with all 3 in black stainless (added a new microwave). This fridge is beautiful and everyone seems to comment on how "nice" it looks - without the handles, it gives more space to walk past, and looks very sleek and impressive. I love the color of the black stainless. When the techs delivered the stove (different day), they commented on how beautiful the fridge is, but - WARNING - they said. . . it scratches. Apparently, any metal will create a permanent scratch. This surprisingly includes magnets. Who doesn't put magnets on the front of their fridge? I had two small ones on the front of the fridge for the 3 weeks I've had it, and when I took them off to make sure they aren't scratching . . . they had already. I haven't found a way to get them out. They aren't very noticeable, but I know they're there . . . and my fridge is ONLY 3 weeks old. Very disappointed that the black stainless scratches so easily, and even more disappointed that no one told me in advance. I don't mind not having magnets on the front of the fridge, but I do mind it being easily scratched with no solution. The inside of the fridge is wonderful and I love the refillable pitcher. I use tea bags in the infuser and always have fresh iced tea. I also love the middle drawer - can use it for vegs, beer, wine, or a freezer. Versatile. I really do love the fridge; even though it's much smaller than what I had before, it's working out OK for me. It's a nice design and I think they've done a nice job maximizing the space.

This fridge is great for smaller spaces. The in-door water pitcher/defuser is incredible!! Middle drawer is great for drinks!!

We purchased this fridge because it is slim and has recessed handles which was essential for our new galley kitchen. Although it's a bit smaller in capacity (22.7 cu ft), it maximizes it's potential! The ready-to-drink water infuser is great, and we all love the separate middle drawer for easy access to meats, cheese, and kid snacks. I've read some reviews complaining about the ice maker and the water infuser, but I've had no problems. It seems the #1 complaint about ALL refrigerators is the ice maker, so I'll just keep my fingers crossed!

First the ice maker went out. Sort of expected. got it fixed. Then freezer went out. After about 6 wks and 2 different companies working on it was finally replaced in kind by Best buy. Do not buy without extended service warranty. Kicker there is the optional warranty has been shortened from 5 yrs to 3 yrs.

This Fridge is not only sleek and modern looking, but it also functions extremely well and quiet. There's plenty of storage for an average family of 4.

This is great looking and functioning fridge . We have had this product 6 months . All features work great and runs very quite . Also the handless design keeps my kids from climbing on it (they are climbers). Would give 5 stars but smudges very easy and freezer drawer a little cheap feeling . Still great product

This refrigerator cools quickly and maintains temperature well. Love the versatility of the middle drawer to be additional refrigerator or freezer space depending on the selection you choose. Like most french door refrigerators the ice maker is slow and small. Definitely need to purchase extra ice if having a party.

Great roomy refrigerator with added features. The design is classy and has been complimented by all my family and friends.
