Great roomy refrigerator with added features. The design is classy and has been complimented by all my family and friends.

Great refrigerator. The coolest feature would be the lack of handles on the doors and drawers. It just makes it look sleek and narrow.

The design is great and for a counter depth is really the best without moving up to a Thermador or othe high end refrigerator.

I purchased the Black Stainless Steel. It is a very crisp and clean looking fridge. Looks awesome in our kitchen. I like how it doesn't have handles that stick out. It does have "handles" or recessed grooves on the under side of each door and at the tops as well for opening the fridge The inside of the fridge is a lot more spacious than I was expecting. With proper manipulation or adjustments of the shelves, you can fit everything in a nice organized fashion. I will say, we use the door for 2 gallons of juice and milk, they will not stand up in the fridge The ice maker and water dispenser works fine. Follow the directions on the ice maker and you won't have problems. It does state if the ice maker is not to be used for awhile then it should be changed out. I think this might be a maintenance thing to keep it from clumping and burning up your dispenser. The infusion/water pitcher is awesome. I use it mostly to feel up Kerig or large yeti. I only have one complaint, but its not the fridges fault... Even though its Black Stainless Steel, if you have small children like me, you will get finger prints all over where the recessed handles are. They don't seem to understand the concept of opening the doors without using your thumb

Very quiet except for ice dropping into bin. So far haven't encountered issues like other reviewers. Temperature settings in main refrigerator requires experimentation and a thermometer. Freezer does not close completely on its own as it did in the showroom or like the french doors or drawer.

Love the counter depth and clean look with no handles. Counter depth has more space than you would think. One downfall is the size of the ice maker.

This refrigerator is everything I wanted. Lots of room for a counter depth, nice and bright inside and the freezer is the best!

We bought this counter depth fridge and have been thrilled with its functionality, sleek appearance, and ample storage. We quickly adjusted to the no-handle design and love the clean, modern look. The auto-refilling water pitcher with built-in infuser elicits gasps from house guests every time we use it. Middle drawer stays full of wine and movable dividers ensure nothing slides around. Everything you need and more, without the excessive features like screens and opening door panels. Would buy again.

I am very happy with this refrigerator! It is very sleek and fits perfectly in my kitchen. I love that there are no handles. The fruit and vegetable drawers keep my food fresh. There is a water pitcher in the door that refills automatically which is very cool. I don’t have any complaints.

Looks great, holds a ton of food, kids love the middle drawer for drinks/snacks. Ice machine is kind of small but works fine for a family of 3

Just here to let you know that if you want a working ice maker, don't buy this fridge. The ice maker requires more work than filling trays and Samsung continues to ignore it. I've bloodied many a knuckle, hacking ice off the ice maker mechanism. If you call support they send someone out to defrost the ice maker and then it happens again in 2 months. The freezer will occasionally get frosty, but that's usually on hot and humid days. Lighting inside is very nice and the shelves are just OK. We bought this fridge because it fit into a very specific spot in our small kitchen and it's been a huge disappointment.

Love this fridge. Fits in our space and has lots of room inside as well as lots of modern features. Couldn't ask for a better counter depth!

Stainless, counter depth, crushed ice, oversized drawer width for vegetables that stay fresh longer. What’s not to like?

We really like the flex zone drawer (for meats and cheeses) with independent temperature control--very convenient. For counter top size it's very roomy, especially the upper shelves. Organizing the freezer space is difficult so far, however. The ice maker produces two sizes; both are handy to use.

Have had this fridge for a few months now, at first was a little disappointed in the size, but ended up getting used to it. The built in water pitcher is awesome, and the extra drawer is perfect for things like lunch meat and cheese and stuff like that. Freezer has a lot of room. Not having handles on the front takes some getting used to but makes it look a lot nicer.

I initially thought the fridge would not have enough space but the capacity is perfect for a small family. I like the slick look of the fridge.

This Samsung Frig is my 1st ever brand new refrigerator purchase. I have other Samsung products, but I made my decision based on Best Buy's in stock availability and what would fit with in my measurements. This model was priced a bit higher than the other models available for me, but ultimately the Best choice for my home. Very satisfied with my purchase.

The middle drawer is great for yogurt and the fruit my wife likes. And beer, if you lay them down. Ice maker is efficient & quiet.

Only complaint is that it has stationary shelving options in the right side door. No options to be able to change height of each shelf. Otherwise, I love the 'no fingerprints' that show up on the outer doors.! Kudos to whoever thought this up !
