I wanted a refrigerator without handles, so matching existing dishwasher and range wouldn't be an issue. The hidden door and drawer handles on this fridge fit the bill. The flex drawer is great. It makes packing lunches so much simpler. I store beverages, yogurt, fruit cups, and pudding there. Lunches are a breeze now. Wish there was more than the one retractable shelf for taller items...it's only an occasional issue. Disappointed that the tab on the small L shaped bin broke and not able to use.

I love this new design, have had for a few weeks now. Love how the drawers close when close, use the water pitcher every day. Love the no handles especially. I was looking for the last several years and when I saw this one, I knew it was time. I am very picky. And this fit the bill perfectly. Have not had any issue with fingerprints, but just have 2 Adults here mostly. It it not noisy, and love the sleek look and controls on the inside of the middle drawer. I have never been this excited about an appliance.

We purchased a Sansung refrigerator with the flex drawer and no handles. It has a water pitcher that auto refills all the time and double filters the water. The flex drawer is great! Would be fantastic if you had small kids (or husband) who stand with door open trying to find snacks.

Love this refrigerator. Has a lot of space to organize food. I don’t really feel it is fingerprint resistant.

This fridge was replacing a 5 year old Samsung fridge that the Ice Dispenser broke on. We picked it due to the style (no pulls) and counter depth to clean up the look of our kitchen. When the fridge arrived and was installed we noted that the dispenser would not work. Only water worked and it could not be changed to ice. Best Buy had a tech out within a week who diagnosed it as having a bad dispenser panel. Since it was brand new he recommend replacing the unit rather than repairing. We had to wait another week and finally have a working unit installed. Based on the condition of the fridge at delivery it was clear this was a manufacture defect and not a handling issue. Very disappointing and this may be our last Samsung fridge.

Quiet and looks great. Not so much fingerprint resistant though. However... after approximately 22 months of use, the Ice Maker is functioning VERY POORLY. Frost builds up on the ice maker unit between the wall and the ice tray preventing ice from falling in to the bin and preventing a new cycle

Purchased the Samsung RF23M8070SR about a month ago. While it is smaller than our old unit, we do not want for storage space. Room for 2 one gallon containers in the door, flip up shelves are helpful for tall items. While the ice maker storage is smaller and the cubes are about 30% smaller than our old unit, ice maker keeps up. My wife loves the infused water container in the door. I did not think I would like the 4th draw as much as I do. the flexibility is awesome. The freezer drawers are nice and deep. Wish the freezer had a place to store pint glasses, to keep them cold and from tipping over. The outside finish in stainless steel does not hide the linger prints as well I would like, but a quick wipe with a towel and they are gone. I am slo impressed with how quiet the unit is. The only sound I hear is ice dropping into the bin and it is a very soft sound at that, only time we hear it is when the house is completely quiet. All in all, very happy with our purchase after 1 month,

Two complaints only: 1—the finish shows fingerprints much more than my previous SS fridge, and 2—the feet are not very adjustable and so the shims necessary to make it level show—not very elegant. I like the design of the freezer, and the separate drawer that can be set at another temp, and that the control display is on the top of the drawer (invisible when closed) not over the water/ice dispenser. Easy to clean so far.

It is a good purchase Have a Lot a room inside refrigerator and we love the second drawer only thing is we didn't love about is the freezer don't have it enough space but we are family at three so it wasn't a big deal for us other thing is about this refrigerator it doesn't have very good finger resistance !! Overall we like it was a very slick look

I am very happy with the refrigerator overall. A couple of things that I have noticed after using it for a few weeks is. 1. Ice maker seems to take a while to replenish and the storage for Ice is not very big. You also get some crushed ice mixed with your cubes when it is set to cubed. 2. The face is not magnetic which is fine by me but my wife was upset she could not move all her magnets from our old fridge.

We've owned this fridge now for 1 year and 4 months and it's so bad I'd give it zero stars if I could. Looks wise, nothing out there beats it and I like the inside layout of the fridge and how bright it is when you open it. Other than that, there's not much else good about it. I don't write reviews but I've had such a poor experience, I felt it important to share to prevent other people from unknowingly purchasing a lemon. The first thing that went bad was the ice maker. Samsung (at least this fridge) is notorious for poor designs on their ice makers. The ice inside it would melt and then it would refreeze into a big ball and jam everything up so that the ice screw (propeller to push it out) wouldn't even move. At least 2-3 times a week I'd have to pull out the ice container and break everything up just for it to work. The first repair was replacing the ice maker but it only made things worse. Two weeks after the replacement, the ice would start to melt near the front of the ice bin and it would run down the inside and drip everywhere. It would eventually collect in the corners and drip down the outside of my fridge. Also cubed ice stopped working and we could only get badly mangled crushed ice out of it, which only made the melting problem worse because ice shavings would remain in the chute and only exacerbate the problem. Then one day our fridge started beeping and it dropped down to -17 degrees in the freezer and 5 degrees in the fridge, freezing and ruining all our fridge food like fruits and vegetables. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, hoping it would reset itself. It worked for awhile and then the electronics adjustment panel completely burned out so I couldn't see what temperature the food was. Sometimes the freezer would warm up to where the food was semi-thawed and then it would go into deep freeze mode where you needed a jackhammer to just scoop the ice cream out. The fridge would also go through cycles where it would freeze and ruin the fruits and vegetables. Meanwhile, the ice maker continued to drip and pretty much stained the outside of my fridge and floor with continuous hard water deposits that have to be constantly scrubbed off. It's too bad because I've always respected Samsung but this has tainted my experience so bad I will never buy another Samsung appliance as long as I live. Buyer beware! Don't go for looks alone or you will be sadly disappointed.

I can fit a lot in this little fridge. Drawer is nice. Biggest drawback is the freezer drawer. If the top drawer isn't exact the items frost. I had a Samsung in the past and never had these problems should have remained on a track instead of riding on the bottom drawer. Fingerprint stainless really isn't fin print resistant but cleans easier. All and all good product.

My daughter need a fridge for her new home and it had to be counter depth. This one fit the need and was loaded with features. The only concern is the many reports of ice maker issues... Like I said so far, so good

Looks good and keeps the food cold. Love the middle drawer and the freezer is easy to organize. Only complaint: maybe I'm missing something, but ice makes a mess when coming out. Especially crushed ice. I just put it in a bowl.

Like the sleek look w/no handles. Fit in space perfectly. Middle drawer handy for storing wine/water thus saving space inside. Nice to see all things in fridge, less waste and over buying. Finger prints a bit annoying, but stainless cleaner handles.

The only problem we had with this product was that when it was first delivered it was dented so they gave us a new one. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles that the smart screen ones have, but it is very spacious and you got to love the counter depth.

We have only had this refrigerator for a month, but we love it. I love how there are no handles, the front stays cleaner, I love the water pitcher located inside that refills every time you put it back. I love the second fridge door, and it is very quite!

This fridge was not my first chose- but I fit in my budget. I was restricted to having to purchase a counter depth fridge . The features of the fridge are cool; middle sliding cabinet, and easy temp control settings. Make sure to purchase the extended warranty- as I was warned Samsung fridges can be promblematic in the future.

Overall this is a great refrigerator. There is one small dent that happened upon delivery. also the plastic cover to where the butter should be broke and needs to be replaced. The refrigerator temperature seem to fluctuate between 34 and 38, based on digital thermometers I keep inside. If you have children, this refrigerator is not for you do to constantly wiping down fingerprints.

We have only had our Samsung fridge for 3 weeks so please take this review for what it's worth. In general, the space works for a counter depth but we have found the need for more shelving to hold taller items. The biggest disappointment thus far has been the ice maker and auto-fill. The auto-fill was auto-overflowing. Wait for $2500 you telling me you can't figure out when to stop the water. And with the ice maker the water has been slightly cloudy leaving us with much doubt as to its quality. Honestly outside of these things the fridge has not disappointed but I will say I don't think we were properly trained on how to use it because we don't use ANY of the bells and whistles!!
