Best Buy came and picked it up and brought another, which makes ice just fine. The fridges notifies you if you leave one of the doors open, so thats nice.

I do not like the inability to reach into the ice bin or to look into the ice bin to see how much ice is in there. The water jet in the door is very fast and sprays all over the place if you aren't careful. The top drawer in the freezer is constantly coming off the track. Overall though it is great and I would recommend it to others.

I am disappointed with the ice maker. It is way too small. I make smoothies every morning, and after using ice for them the ice maker empty. I can’t imagine the challenges I’ll have in the warm weather and when I have family over for dinner or the holidays. Very, very disappointed in this feature.

When first installed, it cooled down to the temperatures really quickly. Water and ice work great. The only issue we have is the door alarm won’t stop even when the doors are closed. With 3 little boys we need the alarm on. We have had to turn it off for now. We have had a service person out to try and fix the issue but he now has to order a part. Hopefully the issue is fixed next week.

Minor but ice cubes are too small. Prefer the larger one cubes. No problem so far but 10 year warranty is wonderful.
