This counter depth refrigerator has a lot of room in both the ridge and freezer

Good working fridge with lots of options for organization. However the fridge makes a very annoying alert when the doors are open which is not detrimental but annoying when putting groceries away or cleaning it out.

So far, so good. We have been happy with our purchase. Looks good - fits into our kitchen space well. Preset temperatures are working for us. Haven't figured out how to use shelves on the door with the outside ice maker - they are a strange side - but are experimenting.

Happy with color fit and capacity. Looks clean inside and the climate drawer works great. Would recommend

We purchased this fridge to replace a similar one from LG that stopped working after 10 years. While the specs looked good, we weren't able to actually inspect the item in person. Bad mistake. Once installed (by an excellent installation company referred by BestBuy), we realized that the top shelves were too short to actually store items like milk and juice. Even lowering the top shelf didn't help because it made the second self about 4 inches high. We were forced to place them in the door shelf. Not ideal for our use. The width of the shelves is also too short to place more than one item in front of another. The vegetable drawers only pull out halfway, so reaching items in the back of them is difficult. Same goes for the sliding drawer inside the freezer. Again making it hard to reach frozen items underneath. I have to take the drawer completely off to reach items underneath it. The drawer also comes off its rails at times when closing the freezer. The water/ice dispenser hesitates for a few seconds after pushing the lever to before starting. We use a lot of ice a day and so far the ice maker has not made enough for our needs. The doors have an alarm when not fully closed which is helpful because they rarely close without a shove to do so. The FlexZone doesn't get cold enough for our lunch meats and water bottles. The 2 rods used to separate items in the Zone look cool, but don't really work because they're difficult to adjust to the size of items (i.e. We can't fit a 10 inch pie in it with out taking most items out). The refrigerator is beautiful and elegant looking, but it seems more relevant for 1 or 2 people in an apartment than a family of 4 in a house.

This is an excellent Refrigerator; it replaces a 17 year old GE Profile. There is plenty of room inside and has a nice clean look. We love the deep freeze and the flex zone drawer. Our service tech, Guillermo was awesome-great customer service.

I only bought this because my full size one wouldn’t fit my kitchen. Really annoyed me that I had to pay $100 more to get less! Anyways, this fridge is great but next time I’m making sure I can go full size and not counterdepth.

So far, I'm enjoying this fridge. I had problems with the smaller Samsung counter depth immediately after purchasing. Just did an exchange and this fridge offers so much more room. The flex zone offers easy storage for smaller items that seem to get lost in a fridge. Glad I ended up upgrading.

best design 4 door refrigerator. I love it I wish Samsung will make one that fits 34" opening so I can get the same for another property

Just had refrig. installed. Unit seems to be solid and good quality. Installation went well and installers knew what they were doing. Only problem was the delivery truck had a hydraulic leak that left a stain on my concrete driveway.

My first hi end refrigerator and I feel it is worth every penny.

The fridge itself is ok. The one issue I have is the ice maker. It's very small and takes forever to make and dispense ice. The really annoying thing here is when you try to get ice, you have to wait five seconds or more for it to dump ice. It's even long if you want it crushed. Why? The old one I replaced did it nearly instantly. Shouldn't technology have advanced a little since the 80s? Now, about the delivery and setup... The guys were very fast and finished in about a half hour. We tipped them generously and they were on their way. After they left, I noticed that the doors were uneven. There are some spacers that come with the unit to correct this, but the delivery guy didn't give them to us. I tried to call the delivery guy and no answer, even though he would answer prior to delivery to coordinate. My next option was to try to level the unit better. Well, when I tried to rotate one of the feet, it broke. I tried to call Best Buy and couldn't reach anyone that would help. Samsung was no help either. I got back to Best Buy and they refunded me $20 and told me to replace the part myself. I ended up taking it apart and gluing it back together. At this point, the foot was mangled but still functional. Overall, this was not a great experience. I was so mad I nearly sent it back. If there wasn't a shortage of parts and it didn't take a week to get it, I probably would have. I've been a customer for well over twenty years and it gets you nothing with this company. Fortunately, I've only had one other really bad experience with BB. My next unit will come from a small shop who I can return to and get support. Not some big place where you're nothing but a dollar sign. Sorry Best Buy, you failed pretty badly this time.

Great refrigerator! we bought it to replace an older refrigerator that broke down and this refrigerator does a great job.

I love this fridge. Really love the middle drawer where I can keep drinks and waters.
