Upon finding out from a different install team and having fixed, a new install team arrived and installed the refrigerator without a problem. Everything went quite well, they were extremely friendly and answered the questions we asked and were generally personable. I find this the kind of service that needs to continue to be shown customers if you want to have good business.

Nice counter depth refrigerator with a great finish and modern look. Enjoying the transforming shelving and flex drawer. The app is an added bonus allowing me to keep track of the fridge and tweak the settings as needed. Only had in home a month or so, but so far it seems to be a pretty solid unit.

Love this fridge. I researched online for hours and every refrigerator had such bad reviews I eventually gave up, I went to Best Buy and the salesman directed me towards this Samsung, I’m so happy he did, the bad reviews are older reviews and Samsung has rectified the faults. Love it, it looks so good too.

Pleasantly surprised to find out it was a smart device. One thing I’m not keen on is fingerprints. All stainless products these days should have the coating to stop seeing these. Overall great fridge and we are happy.

Purchased the 4 major appliances in the Tuscan color by Samsung. I haven't used all of them yet. After the dishwasher install I asked the plumber if he had tried it out. He said it's running now, I couldn't believe it. I had to stand right on it to even hear it. Extremely quiet. The only negative on the dishwasher is the rubber skirt. The rubber skirt is not to my likeing, looks cheap on the nice dishwasher. The frig, is roomy and well lit with visiable controls and the water filter is positioned for easy access. Haven't used the oven yet, just the top of the range. Quick to heat up. Haven't used the microwave but once and everything turned out well. I can't believe how updated and beautiful my kitchen looks. It's almost like a total remodel. The Tuscan color matches my granite counter tops perfectly. So far i'm real happy with the purchase.

The logistics of putting tall things (milk, bottles of ice tea, 2 liter bottles) away takes a little planning but I love the way it fits into my kitchen. Why did it take so long to come up with a counter depth fridge? Love the tuscan color as well.

Great fridge. My one quibble is that you really have to make sure you close the right-hand door because it doesn't swing shut like my previous refrigerator. One of those habits I guess I need to develop. Other than that I have no complaints.

Nice fridge, but the stainless steel finger resistant situation is not really accurate. The whole reason for me buying it was for this reason yet I still get fingerprints all over it no matter what!

Have not been using it too long but so far I am enjoying it very much. I will say that I would like for a deeper tray under the water/ice dispenser and an ice basket in freezer. Other than those 2 things all is good.
