Very functional refrigerator; the multi-use drawer is an excellent, accessible space for kids to keep their favorite snacks without opening the full appliance.

so far so good. water filter replacement should have been a little more straight forward. still works as described - - really like the finish and counter depth.

This an excellent fridge! The 4th drawer is perfect for cheese and yogurt. I love its sleek design and that its a smart fridge.

This refrigerator has many compartments. The temperature can be set differently for different drawers. It has fingerprint resistance, so no smudge marks. Includes a water filter. There are options for ice cubes as well as crushed ice. Works great.

Great frig with all the necessary bells and whistles. Also got a great price through Best Buy and they were able to deliver within 2 days. Delivery guys were super nice and very careful. All around a great experience.

We’ve only had it for a few weeks and I went from a larger depth refrigerator to this counter depth. I like the third drawer!

Had an issue shortly after it was installed. The freezer stopped working. I pulled it out and unplugged it and it started working. Good looking fridge and fit the space well.

I'm not thrilled with the support bar under the second shelf right side of the refrigerator. Prevents stacking of containers. I like the extra drawers.

Looks great would have been helpful on how to adjust the shelves a little bit better I wish I could get out and also where the water filter was, our daughter showed us

Great refrigerator, the drawer inside the freezer could be improved, it comes off the tracks if not pulled out completely straight.

Replaced a larger fridge with this counter depth model to better fit our kitchen. But asa family of five with a couple teenagers we are using our previous fridge for “overflow”

Absolutely gorgeous fridge!! Love it. At times the water/ice machine will leave streaks, but those are easily wiped away. Love this fridge.

It’s a bit small if it’s a for family of four. It’s great for 1-2 people home. Really bright from inside which I like.

Overall fridge is good, my only complaint is the ice and water dispenser. The catch bin is flat, so excess water/ice sit on it and splash everywhere when you open the door, also, ice always comes out crushed despite a cube setting.

Generally very pleased. The touch feature for the ice and water dispenser are a little different in terms of responsiveness.

Great fridge. It is a bit shallow at times but better than having it pop out oast the countertop.

Great size refrigerator. Love the black stainless steel. Wish the shelves were more adjustable. That’s my only complaint. Other than that absolutely happy!!

What am I gonna do for big Holiday dinners. This fridge is nice, but does not have space for leftovers, food prep, etc. I like that we can use the middle section for bottles of water, sodas, beer. But utilizing the top part- the shelves are too small ( you can't stand boxes in it). Unfortunately this was the only fridge in this size we could purchase. I would of rather cut the wall open & get a fridge that's not fancy, doesn't have space then get this fridge.

This is my second refrigerator purchase from Best Buy and the products are great. Customer service, total tech support and geek squad keep all my products in great working order.
