The catch bin is flat, so excess water/ice sit on it and splash everywhere when you open the door, also, ice always comes out crushed despite a cube setting.

We love the space for all the random items you may have in the doors. The produce/fruit bins are very spacious and seem to hold up well for preserving our items. The flex drawer is my favorite! We store our meats and cheese and random small items there. The only thing I wish I could change is how quickly it seems that the door chimes when loading the fridge with groceries.
