Fit great and lots of room especially being counter depth. Fridge/freezer for cold only a few hours after delivery.

Great product, works like a charm. It’s everything you could want in a refrigerator, First time with a French Door fridge & love the new Flex Door. Large freezer compartment , With 2 pull-out drawers. Southgate, Michigan Best Buy team member was very helpful in Helping with the correct refrigerator for my needs.

The refrigerator is spacious. I like the middle drawer for drinks or meats and the divider is handy for keeping items in place.

I purchased a Samsung counter depth refrigerator. I was a little worried if there would be enough room inside. I love, love it and there's plenty of room! I especially love the drawer with easy access to quick items...cheeses, lunch meats, drinks, etc. Highly recommend!

Dont waste your money! The unit send to me looks great, however, after 1 week of use the floor began to buckle under the unit. I checked the water supply line and it was free of leaks. After determining the issue certainly was water, i pulled the unit out to find the pan under the condenser was overflowing and leaking onto the floor. My new wood floor was a total loss. Mold began to grow on the floor. I turned off the water supply to the unit and the water issue stopped. Called Samsung, they sent a tech. The tech could not figure out what the issue was so Samsung deemed it not their fault and closed my file. Now i am out a refrigerator and $5000 for the floor the unit ruined! Luckily, i went to Best Buy and they agreed the unit needs replaced! Best Buy allowed me to return the unit and purchase a new one. I am still out the money for the floor (thanks Samsung), however, Best Buy was very responsive and helpful in getting rid of the faulty device.

I love this fridge. I wish my space was larger so I could have gotten the 28 cubic feet but I was limited. For me….There is nothing on this fridge I would change.

Love this refrigerator! The drawer above the freezer is my favorite. It’s good for yogurts, cheeses and such.

The drawers feel a little flimsy but it’s ok for what we need it for.

Leave the door open too long and not only does the alarm ring the light blinks! Counter depth looks great, slightly smaller than I’m used to but then again I have too many condiments. Beautiful design. My former kitchen had grey cabinets and stainless steel (also Samsung) but all that grey left me sad and uninspired. This Tuscan steel is fantastic and looks so great with all my copper extras. Delivery was early, courteous and professional.

We are very pleased with all of the features of this smaller but feature-packed new refrigerator! The ice maker is a bit small, but adequate for two people. Love the super handy, adjustable middle drawer! Wipes off beautifully with a damp microfiber cloth, no chemicals needed ever! Highly recommended for one or two person households!

I love the looks of the black stainless! I had to change styles as back orders in manufacturing so I couldn’t get the original one. I was concerned about the size as I went to a cafe depth. We had two delays in delivery but the third time was a charm. Lots of door space even with ice and water in the door. So far it seems great! We’ll see how the pizza boxes fit in the freezer though. The original delivery date was 12/22/21 but actual was 1/26/22

Difficult controls to operate and limited freezer storage

Ice maker constantly freezes over and stops working. At times there is so much accumulation that I cannot remove the ice bin. There is now a class action lawsuit. Apparently this is a known issue that the manufacturer has refused to address. I expected better from Samsung.

We just installed this 23 cu ft counter depth black stainless model. First impression: Beautiful! 2nd first impression: Quiet. This model replaced a full sized, six year old, 25 cu ft non-Samsung model and even though there is less space this model is much better organized so the same food from the old model fit into the Samsung with room to spare! Another first impression is that the doors to the refrigerator do not slam by themselves. It has a soft-stop built-in to prevent this, which was a huge problem with our previous refrigerator. The downside is that you have to make sure you shut the door, but the good news is the door slamming stops! By day two we were already used to this. We are an Insiders.net family and received this refrigerator at a discounted price and a promise to write product testimonials and reviews. One of their code of conduct rules is to always be honest. This review is exactly that. I have read that Samsung water dispensers have a habit of dripping and I was very concerned when ours starting dripping straight away. In reading the manual it states that air in the lines can cause this so once the system was fully “burped” the dripping stopped. Note that this “burping” took the better part of a day but the dispenser is now complete dripless. Speaking of the owner’s manual, that is Samsung’s product weakness. Not the best manuals on Earth but their customer support is very helpful. It took a call to figure out the control panel. Quick and easy. Connecting to the Smart Things app was a challenge, as it was with our newest Samsung TV, but it finally synched up and all is good. Going from a full sized model to this counter-depth model was quite concerning for us. But it fits our kitchen so, so much better and it’s amazing how just a few inches makes out kitchen feel so much better. The refrigerator now fits the kitchen instead of the kitchen fitting around a very larger refrigerator. We knew coming in that refrigerator magnets are now a thing of the past with a stainless steel model, since they are not magnetic. But, the sides of the fridge are magnetic! However, we have promised our new, beautiful Samsung that we will not overload its sides with gaudy, old-school magnets. We didn’t realize how noisy our old refrigerator was until we got this new Samsung! It is nearly silent. At first I found myself checking and double-checking just to make sure it was still working! So far we are completely pleased and have already ordered a new, black stainless-steel range to match and will complete with a new Microwave and Dishwasher in the near future. The new refrigerator has really refreshed our entire kitchen! Into our third week now and the only complaint we have is the icemaker is a bit slow.

My new refrigerator was delivered yesterday so I may update later if I'm let down. But, for now.....I'm so happy with it! Its beautiful! Its very quiet and spacious. I went from a full sized fridge to a counter depth so I was worried about losing space (we have two teen boys). However it seems like it will accommodate the same amount of food. The flex drawer is nice. I like the flexibility of having different temperatures for the drawer. The pitcher is a nice feature, although I don't know how much we will use it. so far so good.

My appliances were about 10 years old, so I decided I needed to refresh my kitchen with new appliances. The only thing I did not like about this refrigerator is that it was not available in white. I am rather old fashioned and like white appliances. And that is the ONLY negative I can say about this refrigerator. The refrigerator has adjustable shelving and a slide-back shelf if you need to put tall wine bottles in once they have been opened. The refrigerator portion is very roomy and you can easily store everything you need. The temperature controls are on the inside of the right door to help deter little fingers from helping mommy by changing the temperature. The french doors make it easy to completely open the doors for access to the shelves without bumping into something in a walkway or other counter. The freezer drawer is also easy to open and find things since is it similar to a chest freezer with the bottom freezer and the the sliding top freezer drawer. There is a "flex" drawer that you can adjust the temperature to be a little colder or a little warmer than the rest of the fridge. It's great to have meats a little colder to help preserve. OR you can use the dividers in the flex drawer so that several people can have the own space. The dividers move so that you can have 4 various sizes within the drawer. The ice maker also gives you a choice of either crushed or cube ice (along with the water dispenser). Very handy. The water dispenser is tall enough to put a gallon pitcher under to drawer water and ice. The refrigerator door has several bins that easily hold gallon containers of milk/tea/lemonade, juice etc. I just cannot say enough good things about this refrigerator unless it is to tell you to go buy this refrigerator. It is really well designed and designed for busy families.
