I gave it 4 stars because the black stainless is no where near black it is a grey color, sides are solid black. I am not happy with the color at all. Inside is on the smaller side.

Great price made the purchase and scheduled delivery for 2 weeks later. 12 to 5 delivery window on a Thurs. Wed night took out old refrigerators. Stuffed a cooler, wife took off work next day. 11:00 am next day received email saying need to reschedule for Wed the following week. After alot of back and forth canceled got a refund and went to PC Richard's. Had a new Refrig Sat 9am delivered. If Best Buy emailed or called Wed then it would have been fine

But for seniors to have to bend down all the time to get into the freezer is literally a pain in the neck. Realized that the bottom basket it drawe filled. Does not stay on the drawer track. This is not only a problem with the flimsiness of that drawer but even other manufactures seems to have the same problem. Returned this item a went back to a side by side problem solved and we alr4ady feel younger.

This fridge impressed me right away with its elegant and practical design, inside & out; and was pivotal in our decision to buy the whole bundle at a great sale price. The negative reviews of Samsung's ice maker did give us pause but Samsung has evidently addressed those issues as they claimed. We've had no technical problems at all, and have no hesitation in rating it five stars as a top quality product.
