The doors hold very little, and I have had to put the majority of my condiments on a shelf. Tall items have no place.

Then this Samsung model did too. We had to have wiring changed to accommodate this Samsung fridge. This was on a house that is a 3 month-old new construction so it was not the wiring. This fridge lasted a month and the freezer quit working, lost all groceries. Trying to get fridges replaced and exchanged during Covid was horrible. Spent literally hours and hours on hold with Best Buy and Samsung. Samsung issued an exchange authorization because they could not get a serviceman out to repair the fridge. Extra costs we had to expend because of these two faulty fridges were for rewiring, lost groceries, and having to buy a freezer while we waited for the exchange. I had a Samsung fridge before and loved it. But after this experience I could not get another, purchased an LG and it is wonderful. Samsung was very helpful and I do appreciate that they allowed the exchange.

Freezer has not worked since we got it.

They were helpful. We like the refrigerator and hopefully the new one does what it’s supposed to do! Geek squad did a great job installing it and removing the old one. I’m sure the will do the same with the new one and haul away the LEMON!
