The storage space is inadequate. The handle on the deli draw fell off less than a month after I purchased it and required a repair. It takes the strength of Hercules to change the water filter. I’m totally dissatisfied with the product and will tell everyone within the sound of my voice to never buy a Samsung refrigerator

Great refrigerator

Also, the center drawer is great to use as a holding area for items or for extra regular storage. So happy it was in stock and in our kitchen in less than a week!

The freezer is a nice size and I like the extra middle drawer. However, the drawers inside the freezer keep catching and you can’t reach everything in the bottom section. The water and ice in the door both come out verrrry slow. Especially crushed ice. And although the finish is supposed to be smudge proof it is far from scratch proof. It scratched just looking at it. For the price I should have gone back to Kitchenaid.

Even though I explained to the sales person that there are a lot of steps and the men need to go to the back of the house across lawn and dirt, it wasn't added to the directions. The first delivery didn't happen because they needed an additional man. The second delivery didn't happen because the truck broke down. The third delivery didn't happen because we have a copper line for the ice maker. Who knows what will happen with the fourth delivery in the future. Our Best Buy people at the store are great! It is just the delivery people who have failed miserably. I was in tears after the 3rd attempt.

Barely had this fridge a little over a year and the ice maker stopped working. Samsung won't do anything to help and best buy won't either. So I still get to make payments on a fridge that is partially not working. Super disappointed.

Good fridge but not enough space

But it is a counter depth one and although it’s nice it lacks space. I was used to the regular size fridge and when we opted for this size we didn’t realize how much a difference it was.

Love that you can select the temperature of the small drawer. The ice dispenser it’s a little slow but that’s a minor inconvenience since I don’t use it a lot. Plenty of space for a counter depth fridge. It can be control with an App.

The doors don’t close. The interior dimensions are surprisingly small compared to the exterior.the top isn’t flat so you can’t really put items on top. The water filter asked to be changed after maybe 40 glasses oF water. I severely regret buying it. My wife wants our old 25 year old fridge back. After this Samsung experience, so do I.
