I’ve read the reviews the ice marker ruins after a short period of time but we haven’t had that issue. My only minor complaint is that the water isn’t always ice cold

Replaced a 17 year old Samsung unit that was still working perfectly. Less efficient than model that was 17 years old even though smaller. The ice maker is a joke. Had a guest over and ran out of ice after 4 drinks. The ice hold hold less than 1\4 old unit with no power freeze ice option. When getting ice from the door, it goes every where.. large cup and yet I've on the floor. Who ever designed this should be fired if they have not been. Flexed zone set for beverages. All beverages in the rear of the drawer are frozen. Loves the old unit, new Samsung is garbage... Regret is all I can say. But anything that does not say Samsung on it..
