    Went to San Jose to pick up the refrigerator about 2 and 1/2 hours from me getting home and it's not refrigerating

    Water filter light defective after a few months. Samsung products look nice but they are cheap and poorly made.

    Only purchased because prior fridge was deemed unrepairable while under warranty and needed to closely match all our other Samsung appliances we bought as a set. While features are similar to defective one, this one is considerably more poorly/cheaply constructed, and makes very loud bangs/pops, motor noises (same as defective one). It was missing a shelf which Samsung makes you purchase. Manual is useless generic for all Samsung refrigerators.

    Immune machine not that great the drawers seem cheap and don’t slide in & out nice but we needed one fast and it was in stock.

    The top freezer drawer wont slide back so i can use the 2 drawers
