We have had the fridge for about 1 week and I love it! the color is amazing and it actually holds a lot of stuff. The only thing that I think needs improvement is the ice maker. It really doesn't make ice very fast and holds very little. I understand they probably made it smaller so the consumer would have more space in the fridge (which is appreciated) but then they should of made it able to produce ice faster. Other than that, it's great!

This frig looks great and the middle drawer is perfect for soft drinks or other similar-sized items. The ice maker is not as efficient as others I’ve had in that it struggles to produce cubed and crushed ice.

I had the large refrigerator that Samsung makes, however it stuck out in my kitchen too much. I had that refrigerator for approx 10 years and then it started leaking water near the front feet, both sides. Come to find out husband not closing freezer tight... anyway, ordered this new counter depth. It is an improvement on the water and ice dispenser. Love the flex zone drawer for my husbands variety of drinks. Since that drawer is full of his drinks, I don’t find the refer storage to be too tight. Everything I had in my large refer fit in this one. However, freezer was smaller. Not much and don’t mind the difference. I am a happy camper. Oh! The ice maker in the other Samsung I had sounded like an atomic bomb when the ice dropped. This is sooooo quiet. Totally recommend. Oh, down side, forgot. It says fingerprint resistant. Uh, no. My husband is worse than the grandkids. There are always fingerprints. But it is easier to clean, so there is that.

Loving this refrigerator. I first thought the middle draw was a bit of a gimmick. To the contrary it’s a great addition. This unit has a lot of useful space. I hope the ice maker holds up. Looks like most all the issues come from a few years back.

Great refrigerator! The color is perfect! Love the middle drawer! So nice it can be used for part of the frig, the freezer or a wine/beverage chiller. The ice maker is the only disappointment so far. Having someone look at it due to low production of ice. Otherwise, very happy.

LOVE this Frig!! Zero 'Issues' So Far! Note: I've only had it a few weeks, & had no 'real' food in it for first week or so (32 yr old frig died & had to toss Most 'perishables'; did not want to go purchase re-stock til new frig running at least over a week). With the above said...Style of this Samsung Counter-depth French Dior, 2 Drawer Refrigerator IS AMAZING & Counter-Depth is PHENOM! Frig is Very Spacious for Avg Household (No, Not for like 10 people; that size of household needs a Commercial Frig!), Esp as it has an Extra Full-Width Deli-Drawer (Also Great for storing Bottled/ Canned Beverages)!! That drawer can Also be Divided 4-ways & Individual Temps Set For Each!! (I have All 4 of mine set Same...and Exactly Same as Rest of frig (34 degrees F, which is a Slight 'negative'...Lowest Possible FRIG Temp is 34 Degrees F)). Temp on Left side of frig (side where Ice Maker & Dispenser is) is Good & Cold (& as there IS a Milk Gallon or 2-Liter Height shelf on That side, All is Fine there, albeit I wish it were the Lower of the two shelves--the one right above the left crisper drawer!!); also the Deli-drawer Temp appears to be pretty much ok, at least on left side (I would say that albeit set at 34 deg F, actual temp is more like 36-38 F the majority of the time). I'm Not Quite Confident in the Temp on Right side of FRIG Actually Being 34 F as set...I May have the Techs come Check & Confirm at some point, while it's still under warranty, but it seems to be better/ more consistent now that I stocked it w/ some food (albeit running at about 36-38F on Avg). There is Also a Milk-Gallon or 2-Liter Height Shelf on That side (but I'm Slightly Leery of storing Milk on That Side at this time). The Frig also has two Large, Great Crisper Drawers, which work wonderfully! Now the Freezer...Hard to tell from pics online, but I was Ecstatic to find that The Freezer Also has a Full-Width Internal Extra Drawer, which is Wonderfull (wish it was Slightly!! Deeper, but it's fine...Great for Multiple Ice Cream Varieties & small-sized frozen items (extra loaf of bread, hot dogs, frozen juice cans, pot pies/ small meals, Frozen Veggies, etc...& Plastic Ice Packs/ Cold-Packs, etc)! Just Below that is the Main Freezer, which is Divided into Two Deep Bins, Each about the size of a Frozen Turkey! (Those that live in colder climates & Stock Up on frozen meat & fish & other food for winter, May Possibly find the Freezer space Slightly small; my slight 'negative' is gaving to Bend Down to get frozen items from bottom of freezer). OK.. Saved Thw Best For Last...I LOVE the External Ice/Water Dispenser.. MY Fav Part (drink a lot of water here & LOve that No Longer Need to Purchase those Heavy Bulk Cases of Water Bottles)! Unlike some 'reviewers' stated, I have Had No Issues w/ My Ice/ Water!! It is PHENOM...as it offers Chouce from Both Cubed AND Crushed Ice from Same External Dispenser! Note: For those who've never had an External Ice/ Water Dispenser, you Need To Be Careful Until You Get Used To Where/ How To Place Your Cup to Not Have Water Drips or Ice Remnants all over...that's just Common Sense! It is Not a Commercial Self-Serve Beverage Dispenser such ad found in McDonald's or the local gas station/ convenience mart! Anyway, in a nutshell...this is The Best French Door Frig Currently!! On The Market (Before I purchased this, I did Extensive!! Research of Every Make/ Model Out There)...and Unless you have a Huge Kitchen Space OR 5+ people Teen/ Adults in your household...You'll Not Be Disappointed if you Go with the Counter-Depth Choice!

We really like our Samsung fridge. We have a galley kitchen, and our previous fridge was much bigger and stuck out more. We like the extra space in the kitchen that we have because it is counter depth. The extra drawer has also been great for items that we use more often, such as lunch meats, string cheese and cheese slices. It's been a great addition to our kitchen!

I am so pleased with my new refrigerator! I had had a side by side for many years and found the shelf space to be too narrow for platters. The new unit with French doors provides lots of space for entertaining. I have moved the shelves around several times until I have found the configuration that works for me. I love the flexibility of the shelf that pops up when I have some very tall wine bottles. The most fun feature is the FlexZone drawer. It's large and accommodates wine bottles and so many other foods. I have a container that I put all of the cheeses in and can see what's there as soon as I open the drawer. Overall, it's a delight to have. There was a problem that was specific to my space. The wall oven is on one side which easily allows for the door to open completely. The left side could only open three inches. because of a wall opening to another room. The previous refrigerator had curved doors and caused no problem. A carpenter came and cut the wall at an angle so the door could open. It was an additional expense but worth it for this refrigerator!

I like the size of the fridge and the extra drawer. I wish the upper tray of the freezer didnt automatically roll out when you open the freezer drawer. Also, the ice dispenser is slow to dispense ice and the crushed ice feature is messy when dispensing it.

This best feature is the flex zone drawer. The storage capacity is decent. We chose this one for the simplicity of the water/ice display. I like that the settings are hidden on the inside of the door. My main complaint is the ice maker. We NEVER use crushed ice function yet we still get tiny chunks of ice thrown all over floor when getting cubed ice. It is very frustrating and is a bad mechanical design. The ice dispenser crushes it no matter what the setting is on. My next complaint is the small internal freezer drawer. It never glides smoothly and gets off track every time we move it back and forth. It is nearly impossible to get it back on to the tracks.

Ordered Tuscan Sun and after 4 or 5 postponement of the delivery I had to change to black so now I have two appliances in Tuscan Sun and one in black. The water is not that cold and the ice maker is very poor and there is no way to open the ice compartment to get ice as the dispenser is soooo very slow and the ice doesn’t ever come out as a full ice cube. Now is less than 18 months it doesn’t make ice.

I have owned this refrigerator for a few years now and it was working great up until a few weeks ago. The ice maker has been in and out, talked to Samsung support, no help. It already didn't produce a lot of ice so I had to buy a countertop ice maker to accommodate the family. Thank goodness I did because now it is our only ice maker...almost 3k on a fridge and I can't even get some decent ice and after two years...NO ICE AT ALL. And of course the manufacturer warranty won't cover it. I'm going to sell this fridge the first chance I get. Even worse, my entire kitchen has Samsung appliances. What was I thinking?

I loved my refrigerator. The flex zone is excellent. The cooling system is great, and all my food is fresh and in good condition. It has suitable space for saving the product in the refrigerator and the freezer.

Considering the price we paid, I guess I'm satisfied with this product. The freezer shelf is made of cheap plastic and gets stuck most of the time when we open it. We have to manhandle it to get it to work. The ice maker is EXTREMELY slow and annoying. We do like the abundance of space and the layout. The extra customizable drawer is an awesome feature that we really love as well. Despite the two issues listed, it is an improvement for us (but our last fridge was 20 years old, so take that into consideration).

We love our new 22.6 cu ft 4door French door ref. Ours was delivered 1st week of April and so far, so good. It’s smaller than our old one but I love the fact that I don’t have to move so many items to get to what I need. Also love the flex zone where we put our cold cuts, my probiotic drinks, cheese etc. We got the counter depth one and it gave our small kitchen more space to move around.Love the color too. My husband loves the fact that the alarm is there to remind me when I keep a door open longer than necessary . Overall , we are happy at this point.

Very nice refrigerator, lots of storage space and unique features. Perfect fit replacing my old KitchenAid fridge. Stainless looks great. The refrigerator is very quiet, can’t hear a sound. Delivery guys were great, not a scratch. French doors are great. Instructions book about 1/2 inch thick.

Great refrigerator. The drawer make common items convenient. Spacious refrigerator area. Shelves easily adjust for tall items. Freezer has plenty of room for needed storage. The LED temperature panel makes it easy to adjust temperatures. Would recommend this refrigerators

This fridge is exactly what we wanted and needed. The counter depth gives us more room to move around in our kitchen, but it seems like with the FlexZone, we don't lose any storage space inside. Very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this fridge for folks not looking to blow their budget...like us!

This Samsung refer is OK. Good: It is quieter than the Frigidaire it replaced after 2 yrs. The ice maker works well so far(12 days now) and I like that you have to actually close the doors not just let go. I do not like the back of the shelving because there is a ridge that prevent use of space. I especially do not like that there is no light at the water dispenser when it is late at night. I miss that.

I like this refrigerator, but I should have done my research on this brand and model before purchasing. The ice maker has not frozen up on me yet like the all the reviews I have seen since I purchased this refrigerator, but I can definitely tell it might do that some day. I like the flexzone drawer on this refrigerator. I wish the freezer was bigger, but I guess thats what I chose in order to get the flex zone drawer. One big flaw on this is the ice/water dispenser. It takes way to long to dispense the ice. I can understand if I was getting the crushed ice that it would take longer because it has to crush it up first, but just regular ice takes just as long. And when the filter needs to be replaced (which is every 3-4 months) then the ice and water slowly dispenses and ends up stops dispensing altogether. I wouldn't mind that if it was just like once a year, but every few months is ridiculous and that is why I suspect the ice maker will end up freezing up like all the other bad reviews I have seen, but I am not ready to fight with the manufacturer over all that just yet.
