Enjoy the fridge and the extra space - wish the water dispenser was faster

It is a good fridge, lot of space for family of X 2 Counter Depth makes it look built in Finger Print Resistant as well

Really nice refrigerator. We got the shorter version to line up with our cabinets. Previously had the larger one. Not much of a difference, really. Nice. Only reason 4 vs 5 stars is the ice machine isn't the greatest for crushed ice. S-L-O-W dispensing crushed ice. I mean SLOWWWW! I go to crushed Ice three or so times a day. Frustating. But if you don't, this is a cool unit.

An excellent Fridge that comes with a lot of flexibility with the drawer options, FlexZone and drawer in the freezer. The door opposite where the water and ice disperse give you a lot of room for items to stack. You lose some space with the bottom fridge shelf due to the way the shelves can be arranged and the bar that runs underneath but that can be customized/optimized to meet your needs.

Had about a month so far so good. Not looking 4 door but does come in handy. Using it for yougrt cheese etc….purchased as a replacement for a 10 mos old Samsung that couldn’t be repaired(purchased new). This was literally only thing in stock and the correct size for enclosed cabinets it goes into would not buy another Samsung if i could avoid ot the return and repair process is a joke waited a week to be told cant be fixed

Fit perfectly in our space. Has plenty of room. Flex space is key

Overall happy with the fridge. Good space and all. The ice making part of it is garbage if you care about that. Also, the middle drawer cannot be used as a freezer. We tried multiple ways. You get what you paid for.

So far so good. Larger inside and shelving is more sensible. Appliance is very spacious exactly what my wife wanted and looks great ! The ability to control the zones of your frig as well as the ice.maker from ones phone is a plus. The ice maker works great! The food is always cold and it's wonderful to have two levels in the pull out freezer.

I bought this fridge back in December when my old one suddenly died. The fridge itself is quite nice, but the ice maker is a complete joke. It’s pretty common to see it run out of ice and not refill even after using the little reser button inside the maker. My wife put in a service call a few months back, Best Buy wouldn’t touch it because thst would void the manufacturer warranty, so she had to jump through a bunch of hoops, but Samsung sent a repair guy out. He replaced the ice maker and its motherboard despite the fact the old one was working okay. He aldo scratched my wood floor when he moved the fridge, but lucky for Samsung you have to sign a BS waiver exempting the company from any damages associated with the repair. Since then, it has stopped making ice many other times. I paid full price for the fridge, i expect full functionality. Look at other reviews snd you’ll see these ice makers are a known problem. As of right now, Samsung products are banned from my house. I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance, TV, sound system, etc. Nothing. Absolutely unacceptable to have a new fridge sold with a junk ice maker. Do yourself a favor and pass on this fridge, it’s not worth the headache.

Highly recommend! Friend paid double for a similar quality fridge. Amazing looking and great functionality.

Another good product from samsung, flex zone feature is very nice. Pros: - You get very cold beverages but no frozen with the flex zone feature. - Counter depth is really good because our fridge space at kitchen is smaller than normal. - Smart things app capable and easy to use (you get alerts on your phone if somebody leaves any door open) - Nice look. Cons: -The first horizontal door must be held while it closes or it closes abruptly, even with no drinks or food on it.

Love this fridge. We decided to get the flex drawer fit the extra $200. So glad we did. Turns out to be are favorite feature.

Great counter depth option. Very easy to use and spacious.

The "Black Stainless Steel" is just a plastic coating, which chips. Purchased 2020. Chipping just started, but it's expanding fast. Now I have a $2,000 refrigerator that's looks like it belongs in the recycle bin.

The fingerprint-resistant SS is a nice touch and after getting use to the shelf positioning, the storage room has been great. I love the mini drawer for drink storage. They should have made the actuator panel for water/ice fingerprint-resistant as well.

This refrigerator fits any house for people of 2-3, compartments are good, water filter is savior, looks pretty, Flex zone is a plus to arrange veggies and items required to access often, I use this the most in day to day .. So far no technical complaints

The refrigerator is great but the ice maker could use some improvement. The ice comes out very slow and there seems to be a little water right before it comes out. If you’re having company the ice maker makes such a small amount of ice, so you need to but the ice in bags and store them to get enough ice

We love this refrigerator for many of its features- the flex drawer, the ice and water dispenser and flexible shelves. The freezer drawer is a bit frustrating because you can only access 6-7 inches of it easily the way the upper freezer drawer is designed. Still a great fridge.

I love my new fridge. It's a great size and I love that it is black stainless steel. I recommend this refrigerator.

Really like the refrigerator. Everything works perfectly. Only problem we have is that the door to open the ice cube maker sticks to the point that you must hit it hard, several times, to open it. Instructions say to lift up and pull, but that does not work. Other than that, we love the fridge.
