Customers are enthusiastic about the quiet operation, counter-depth design, spacious interior, and flexible drawer of the 22.6 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator. However, they have significant concerns about the ice maker malfunctioning and temperature control issues.

Spontaneous Purchase with little to no research prior. Now that I have had it over a month I wish it was the deeper one with the maximum internal size.
Recommend knowing your families typical door requirements. Less accommodating then I thought.
But overall Great temperatures and controlled variations.

I am really happy with the new refrigerator. Unlike some of the reviews I have found the noise level very low for the compressor and waterline.
Ice maker does make sound when batch of ice is dropped which was pretty normal to my previous fridge.
Space appeared tight at first on fridge section but with slight adjustment to cabinets allows me to put two rows of milk gallons

I'm so happy to have bought with Best Buy. They give you a no hassle 30 day guarantee should anything go wrong in the first 30 days and we bought the 5 year insurance for $200. You get service with Geek Squad which is wonderful!

This fridge is perfect for my kitchen. It is definitely smaller on the inside but I needed it to not stick out so far so I'm very happy with it.

I haven't owned this refrigerator long enough to give it five stars but i can edit this post later. The refrigerator is very quiet. I live alone so I don't have any other distracting noises (kids) around and I can barely tell when the fridge is running. I still have not heard the ice maker but I do have ice so maybe the ice fairy comes at night. This counter depth fridge is very nice for me. It gave me extra clearance from my island so the kitchen feels a little bigger. That being said, I don't think that the inside storage was big enough for a family's needs. When my kids were at home my old fridge (4 more cubic ft.) was packed to the gills but maybe that's just me. This fridge was perfect for me since I have downsized. It looks nice in my newly remodeled kitchen along with the other stainless appliances. Keeping it clean is easy for me with no kids around.

1st 4 Door Frig - Good Features - Ice Maker small

This is our first four door refrigerator. This model is 22.5 Cubic Feet. The interior lighting and shelve material is very good. But, there is no covered butter dish compartment. The proportions of the 4 large compartments is very good and the sliding shelf in the freezer slides seamlessly. The external LED information panel is easy to read. But, the double duty buttons are a little hard to use (primary purpose and secondary purpose for each button).
The only disappointing feature is the small capacity ice maker.

I would have given this frig 5 stars, but - I didn't need a ice or water dispenser since there are only 2 adults in our household that probably wouldn't use this feature regularly, consequently the water/ice would probably develope an odd taste. I couldn't buy a counter depth without this feature. Therefore, I am loosing lots of space within my frig because of this feature. I love the flex drawer. As far as finger marks, I feel it is just as easy to clean as my old white frig. Additionaly, I don't understand why a counter depth costs more when you are buying fewer cubic feet?

Real Upgrade for My Home

After researching just a bit and looking at prices, i reached out to Best Buy near my new home in Murrieta California. I love Best Buy for all my big Electronics, Appliances sndanything else i can find that needs or has a warranty. They have the Best Buy price guarantee and they will even give you the difference as s refund or credit if you find that THEY Bestbuy put it on sale in undrr 30 day (?). They also have an awesome delivery service that is wonderful. They have always been great to my mother and me. The refridgerator is great. I really wanted the pass through glass doors, but that waa out of budget. I bought this same refridgrrator in Clairemont Mesa for the house i sold and the buyer paid me to leave it. This time i opted out of the extra beverage drawer. That drawer just became a bit if wasted space. It did fit canned beverages perfectly. This one is a perfect fit for my home and grocery volume. Plus the front allows magnets like the old days!

Every time I get ice, I swear I am going to review this refrigerator so other people are aware of the problem that I have with it. So finally after owning it for 7 months, I finally got around to it. The ice maker is very small as are the ice cubes. Literally, you can only fill 4-5 glasses before the ice is depleted. It seems to take forever for the ice to eject, certainly a lot longer than any other I have operated. And because the ice cubes are so small, they melt very quickly. So, to fix this problem, I purchased an ice maker bin and put it in the top drawer of the freezer section, which uses up quite a bit of space that would ordinarily be used for frozen items.. Now I use the ice from my garage refrigerator's freezer to replenish the ice in the new freezer. Something that greatly disappoints me in a refrigerator that costs over $3k. It is very attractive, however, the shelves in the refrigerator section cannot be moved and there is very limited space for tall items. The door compartments are a joke. There is one section that you cannot put anything in. I do like the drawer for storing frequently used items. However, the description of the '4 temperature-controlled zones' makes it appear that each of the zones can be separately controlled, which I thought was a really great feature and was probably the reason for the high price. NOT SO. Apparently, what they mean is there are 4 different temperatures that you can select from for the entire drawer, even though there are 2 sliding dividers that make the drawer have 4 different areas. Quite misleading, imao. At first, I thought the freezer was way to small, but it really does hold a lot more that it looks like it would. I should have sent it back because of the ice problem, but I guess I was just lazy and found a solution, however, I would never recommend this refrigerator for the price. If it was, say half the price, it might be worth it, but I expected a lot more for $3,500.

We had side by side fridge for over 15 years and it was so hard to keep it organized and find things in it. I'm in love the french doors because you see everything right away when you open your fridge. It's one of the best rated fridges by consumer's report in counter depth and that's why we've purchased it. We've had for 9 months now and so far our family enjoys it because it's so much easier to keep things organized. It's a little bit noisy sometimes if your bedroom is next to your kitchen but I am a very light sleeper who's bothered by any noise. Kids love the pull out drawer because it's easy for them to get the snacks by themselves. We've looked at so many other fridges and some could be barely opened by adult forget the kids. Great purchase overall and looks and functions so much nicer than side by side fridges.

Although we purchased the counter depth model it is working very well for us. It provides al the space we need & like only having to open the area needed. It is very quite & easier to clean. Its adds to the appearance of our kitchen. Samsung makes great products.

We really like the Samsung French door refrigerator. It is setup to maximize space and allows you to make adjustments for the products that you purchase. I have it rated at four stars because the ice maker dispenses rather slow.

This is our first fridge that has the freezer in the bottom and fridge on top, while I am still getting used to that, we really like this unit. We love that you can open only open one door and still open the drawers inside. The multi purpose drawer in the center of the unit has been handy for all beverages. Fits standing cans perfect. You do feel the loss of space inside due to being counter depth but it is so worth it for look and feel that you get in the kitchen with a better fitting appliance.

Ok, first, I have to say how discouraged I was when I read all of the reviews. I actually dreaded buying a new fridge for thousands of dollars b/c I was certain I was going to hate any fridge - they all had downsides:( Let me say, I shouldn't even paid these reviews any attention. This refrigerator is not loud - my cat fountain is louder! The ice maker is great - no, it is not going to generate enough ice for a party - you can probably determine that just by looking at the ice maker. The water does not slant to the left - at all! The 4th drawer is awesome, love the french doors. It is not have an exceptional amount of room - I assume you either don't want this or you are forced to work w/ a certain space in your kitchen. Either way, you know this - I actually think it makes you clean out the fridge more often. Easy to clean, love it!! Bought it at Best Buy - they do honor competitors prices - use this! My salesperson even found a better deal than I had when he did an Internet search (has to be from an actual store). Multi-control temp is awesome, beeps when fridge door is left open, this is nice. Great buy, do not regret!!!

I love my fridge. I wanted this fridge when I saw it and it's doing great. The counter depth fits perfectly into the space carved out by the builder. The lights and configuration are great. My husband is not a fan because a gallon size milk won't fit on a shelf but it fits fine on the door and I prefer that anyway. The worst thing about the fridge is that magnets will not stick on the fridge. Big bummer for me bc we collect magnets from all our trips. It's very quiet, very heavy to move to a 2nd floor but it looks great and is operating great so far.

I shopped around and read the other reviews on this prior to making my decision. This has been a great purchase and we have enjoyed. It's very quiet except for ice falling from the ice maker occasionally. The only complaint is that the ice maker is quite small in comparison to my previous refrigerator. That being said, we haven't run out of ice yet but if we have a big party I tend to go buy a bag of ice just in case.
