We bought it during thanksgiving sale and the Best Buy team helped us schedule the delivery after 3 months. It was delivered on the scheduled date and installed perfectly. We found it spacious enough for 2 people but might be smaller for a family of more than 2. I like the second compartment which can be modified to different temperature settings depending on the things we want to store in it. Usually we would store meat or drinks.

I love the counter depth and all of the features this unit offers. Not to mention it's beautiful to look at! It is a bit louder than I was hoping, just when the compressor first turns on, but then settles down to a more normal humming. That is why I gave 4 stars rather than 5 - the loudness. But otherwise - I'm over the moon happy about my purchase!

I purchased this fridge about 4-5 years ago. It was great when I purchased it, looked great and was very sleek. It had good storage and the pull out drawer was great for seltzer cans and serving trays. The ice maker started giving me trouble about two years later. It stopped making ice, after examining it i found the ice tray area was completely frozen. I thought a cube got jammed and caused it to ice over, I spent about 30 minutes chipping away the ice to clear the area. The ice maker worked fine for about 2 weeks, then the same thing happened again. I've been having to use a hair dryer to melt the block of ice and use a metal rod to dislodge the jammed ice from the ice maker so I can clear the jam and then have it make ice, I've been doing this every 2 weeks (or as often as I felt like it) for years. Contacted support twice, told me to reset the ice maker, did that and still didn't fix the issue. Now they say it has to be repaired for $280 out of my pocket...for an ice maker. One of the main reasons I got this fridge was for the nice ice maker/water feature. I make morning shakes everyday with ice and this fridge has been the worst. Now I have to pay $280 to fix a problem that everyone else seems to have but Samsung won't fix themselves. I watched YouTube videos of people having the same problem and trying to fix it. Needless to say I will not be purchasing any Samsung appliances going forward. I would check reviews online of a Samsung appliance before purchasing.

Needed a counter depth to fit our space and this was one of the few that fit and we could agree on. Love the two drawers on the bottom. Only reason not 5 stars is this fridge occasionally makes a little more noise than you would expect. It is not deafening or constant...but it is noticeable every now and then.

When you're searching for counter depth you already know you're going to get less space. The fridge compartment is tight with very little door space. Most of our condiments are on the top shelf. It's also limited for tall items despite the adjustable shelf. So far freezer space is ok, however we have a second unit in the garage that still houses all our 'old' freezer items that I never transferred over. I believe if I tried they wouldn't all fit. The flex zone drawer is a nice feature that we are currently using for miscellaneous cold items. Water and ice work great although if water spills in the tray you can remove the top piece but not the actual tray. If you are looking at the SodaStream option, beware!! Best Buy does NOT carry it in the counter depth size, although they advertise that they do & our salesperson advised of the same. Very disappointed. My biggest complaint is the hard to clean and keep clean stainless steel. I purchased specialty cleaner and it still is smudged all the time. My OCD can't handle that! Overall the fridge is beautiful, modern and sleek, just limited on space.

We searched reviews online for several months. And also price comparison shopped. Saw the refrigerator in Best Buy in October but the price wasn't quite right for us. Then saw the HD sale price in their Veterans Day sale and called Amber Cosey at BB. She checked and BB had it for $1 more. So, they price matched and knocked off anothet $1! And the overall savings was Awesome!! Free Delivery and no finance charges for 18 months! Amber is an asset to your Sales Team. The refrigerator has ample room and the lighting in great. The additional direct access drawer is a great addition for quick reach of items used often or leftovers. The noise level is very low. Overall, a great addition to our newly updated kitchen. Yes, we are definitely enjoying our new frig.. thanks Best Buy! (This is our 3rd appliance purchase in 2 years from BB...Samsung TV, Washer & Dryer. Yes, BB in Baton Rouge is our "go to" place!

This refrigerator is exactly what we were looking for and looks great in our kitchen. So far has performed really well with the exception of the ice dispenser, it seems slow and takes awhile for enough ice to be dispensed for a drink. But other than that, all good.

Heard other comments about the ice maker being loud. They weren't kidding. It is very, very loud. Surprised because other fridges I have owned did not have this problem.

Purchased for new home and after friend's recommendation. Decision influenced by counter-depth availability and perceived utility of flexible-use drawer: "counter-depth" (shallower) option is an aesthetic choice without sacrificing usable internal space - shelves are adjustable and everything is within reach/sight which I see as an added value. Flex drawer has been useful as drink drawer - not necessary to open/close main refrigerator. French doors allow storage of wider containers. Very satisfied with refrigerator - after seeing ours my brother bought one with "soda-stream" option.

Needed a quiet refrigerator that took up less space than my existing one. This counter depth Samsung did the trick. The draw in the middle is very convenient. Everything works as advertised.

To be honest we had the refrigerator delivered & after 3 wks it was making a vibrating noise which was so loud I could hear it in another room in our home. We spoke to a sales person at Best Buy & he had delivery people come out to make sure refrig was level...it was. I then spoke to sales person again and expressed my concern and disappointment with the noise of the refrig., he suggested we exchange for another refrig. Guess I had a lemon as the second refrig I received it VERY quite & I love the feature of the 4 door. Very happy with the 4 door Samsung refrig.

This is a great fridge. We wanted a two drawer french door fridge and needed counter depth so the choices were limited. This one looked and fit best in our kitchen. Its pricey and you can get similar features for much less, but the fridge does seem to perform well and looks great.

Does not make as much ice as I had hoped. The capacity is good for the size. We needed a counter-depth because of the size of our kitchen. It still sticks out but not enough to hamper opening the doors and drawers.

Stylish and functional design. The second flex temp drawer is useful. It also allows for storage of large party trays. The freezer compartment is well thought out with the upper bin recessing into the cavity to access the lower bin. My only complaint is that the exposed side panel doesn't have stainless option.

Very gorgeous. Not smart having so much space taken by the ice maker. Door has weird small storage area. Water leaks after getting water from door. Not magnetic.

I purchased 4 years ago. It maintains a great overall temperature. I’ve had less spoilage due to various compartmental zone settings. It roomy and adaptable. The only issue is the rubber water press dispenser, which broke, and cannot press for water the traditional way. I have to place the glass or vessel and manually, but awkwardly, press the plastic release. Will cost me a service visit... Otherwise the interior spaces are ample for a family of 4. Temp keeps steady and has a nice soft close. Will also give a open door sound alert if you forget to close or leave it open too long. Freezer has deep storage and doesn’t freeze over. The on/off ice maker feature is a plus eliminating ice spillage. We had a power out last October which lasted over 3 days and we did not loose any refrigerated or frozen foods. So impressed with its insulation as well.

We've had two units, and had two separate problems. The first unit had an ice maker that was leaking all of the time. The ice maker made a combination of cubed and crushed ice at the same time with the ice is self not being fully frozen. The maker also left a trail of "icee" in the shoot that would only melt and cause even more leaking on the inside of the refrigerator as well as the ice and water area. This happened right out of the box so we exchanged it right away. Sadly, the pictures were deleted once we received the replace. The second unit arrived and at first it seemed to be fine with the ice maker working as expected. But within a few days we realized there was a problem yet again with this model. The refrigerator doors were not sealing. This as well happened within the allowed return period, so like the earlier unit this one will also be returned. However this time we are going with the 4 door LG, and we can only hope the new LG comes without any issues. We are not fans of extended warranties, but the new refrigerator is coming with one! Because I believe we were fortunate to have found both of these issues within the 15 day return window, because for the price tag of these type of refrigerators there shouldn't be anything wrong with them, especially right off the truck.

I would give 5 stars but it is a little noisy at times. Always a constant humming and periodically hear ice dropping...even scares the dog! Not a deal breaker but good to know if you have an open concept house like we have. Love the look of it and the smaller size is no problem if you have an extra garage fridge for large freezer items. The small snack drawer is my favorite. We only store healthy drinks and snacks that the kids can get at any time. Would buy this again.

I have had it for about 6 weeks. No problems. The counter depth has not been an issue for storage space- the inside shelves have foldable sections which is great for storing taller items on the shelf below. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the flex drawer, but it has been great to store cold cuts, cheese, and the occasional bottle of wine. The Power freeze function also works very well. Overall, happy with the purchase
