I love the counter depth...amazing how much more roomier our kitchen looks. Fridge is very quiet. Great lighting inside and plenty of room, The middle drawer is a great added feature. Saves from opening the fridge for those items you need alll the time. Would definitely recommend.

We bought this refrigerator because we have been so impressed with Samsung electronics. Well...BAD MOVE!! There is nothing about this refrigerator that is impressive. The ice maker performs worse than any other ice maker we have owned. There is a huge delay in putting out ice, and then once the ice begins coming out, it is way too slow. Ice capacity is average at best. The buttons on the control panel are very touchy and hard to use. The freezer is so small, a pizza box is hard to place in the bottom drawer, and next to impossible to fit into the top freezer tray. Granted, we purchased a counter depth unit, but Samsung has got to come up with a better, more user friendly design. If you are looking for freezer capacity and quality ice making, stay away from this Samsung refrigerator. As for the refrigerator compartment, the shelves are laid out in such a way that the only place you can store a gallon of milk is in the door (unless you want one of the shelves to have only 4" - 5" of clearance). We couldn't be more disappointed with this purchase. To make matters worse, Best Buy would not help us out at all with allowing us to trade out the unit for something else. I feel like we just took $2,800 and threw it out the window. We will never buy another Samsung appliance, and we will definitively think twice about shopping for appliances again at Best Buy.

Needed counter depth with our new remodel but wanted to take up every inch of space. This almost nailed it. Measurements listed were slightly off plus I learned that our cabinets were not straight so this did not quite fit at first. No worries, kitchen remodel we had a set of cabinets moved over a bit and it slides right in. Love the drawer for drinks and the size is excellent compared to other counter depths we looked at.

We got this fridge when we moved for a space that required a little bit of a smaller fridge than we were used to. We are very happy with this fridge. We like the space on the shelves in the fridge and the freezer with drawers is great. Our favorite thing is the party drawer. We have been using it for herbs, cheeses and specialty items. Since we do not open it that often, it has been keeping the items fresher for longer. The two downsides we have are the in the door shelving space, we wish there was more (but we do love the ice maker) and there is no butter dish holder.

I like the refrigerator a lot so far, but I wish the doors had more storage space. I don't blame the manufacturer however, since I bought the cabinet depth model and I knew the storage space would be more limited in depth. I've not found any defects or excessive noise yet. All items are being kept at the appropriate temperature and the overall product is performing as advertised and expected. I bought it from the local store and they gave me the online pricing which dropped in price $100 before it was delivered. Called customer service and they price matched the new lower price. Overall a good deal I believe.

We love how this looks in our kitchen. After researching, we decided on Samsung. Needing a counter depth model limited our choices, but this model is perfect for the space. The versatile drawer is very useful; freezer space is roomy. Delivery was on time.

This unit looks great in our new kitchen. We wanted a quality unit that just worked. So far that is what we have found from Samsung. The counter depth fits snuggly into are wrap around cabinets. The usable space is small but efficient. Counter depth be difficult for a family of 5 or 6 but is perfect for the 2 of us since we care more about the look than the amount of space.

This refrigerator was bought for our new home. It is a beautiful design and the layout of the doors and the drawers makes it efficient for usability. We also like that it if a counter depth and will not "stick out" into the floor area of the kitchen. The middle drawer is especially great for many items. We also like the water and ice unit in the door. It is modern and "clean looking" . We look forward to many years of using this refrigerator.

The Samsung refrigerator is extremely beautiful I am so glad I purchased it I couldn't be anymore happier. It looks very professional top class, lots space in the inside. The motor is extremely quiet. The bad only the water connection hoes is very short. That wasn't good had to buy an extension

we were in the market for a high end fridge for a kitchen remodel. Previously selected a different Samsung that was great but a bit too tall.... then my wife chose this one. As a counter depth it fills every inch of the available space we had so we can maximize the space. Although smaller than the full size units the organization is well thought out and very functional.

This is an elegant external design with a very flexible and functional interior. The possibility of individualizing the interior compartments is very useful. After studying the specifications as published, the only surprise came in that, when the french doors open, they require an additional 2" on each side due to the way the rotate on a pivot. That's crucial information when one is planning the kitchen design.

I love it . Nice size n its look great in my kitchen but the price is really high

Purchased this fridge as we wanted a Samsung fridge in exactly its style that fits in our space. In general it's pretty excellent - spacious, nice interior, and several configurations for shelving available. I've docked one mark for the clunky bottom drawer - it doesn't open nicely, just sort of slams the plastic around. It's not a big deal, but could be better thought out.

This fridge holds a lot and is very quite. I know that it is the cabinet depth but I do wish it was a bit deeper. With that being said now that we have lived with it for a few weeks it does hold a lot and we are happy with our purchase.

We had just a fantastic experience with our salesperson at BB and arrived at the right refrigerator for a space and for our needs. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the ice maker is a bit slow to make ice and compressors are not as quiet as I thought they might be with the price of this model. T

All is great EXCEPT the ice maker. It doesn’t make and store very much. Would still buy it.

So far it is working very well. We're very pleased with it. It's very spacious and convenient. However, it takes some getting used to if you've only owned side-by-sides previously.

Love most about - ice lever above water is a little challenging love counter depth

Water and ice in the door are great features in this four door 22 cu ft frig. I like the see thru produce doors and the drawer under the frig is great for cheese, lunch meats or you can make ita beverage drawer or extra freezer drawer.

Purchased without my wife's input and hit a home run! We replaced a 14 year old side-by-side with this Samsung french door model and enjoy being able to grab a beverage from the drawer and the ability to store frozen pizzas in the larger lower drawer freezer. LED lighting and stainless finish outside and accented stainless interior make this a very nice looking refrigerator. Only negative is that it is a little louder than our older model.
