Great fridge and inside is perfect. Would recommend a small container at bottom of ice maker to catch small ice particles. It would avoid small ice bits hitting floor

We are very pleased with our new refrigerator. It is much roomier than the same style refrigerator it replaced and we find it keeps food better and longer. We thought the ice maker/dispenser would take up too much room in the refrigerator section but we were pleasantly surprised to find we have plenty of storage. I would recommend purchasing this refrigerator to anyone.

Very quiet. Ice maker storage is a bit small. Print resistent finish is good. Interior could be laid out better.

I purchased the tuscan Color and it looks like elegance. I love that you can connect it to an app and keep track of what's going on with the fridge. I did have a tight space just note that when the doors are open it makes it wider than 70in. I had to have my wall cut so that I can open the doors.

very good looking- counter-depth looks great in the space. The interior is roomy and the freezer is easy to access. This unit is a great value for the money- and no fingerprints!

I brought this refrigerator two years ago... No issues so far. I do not use the ice maker or water dispenser as I read some online horror stories. Since I have hardwood floors in the kitchen- I think it's best keep those features off. My only issue is the popping noise at night. I read this was normal noise as the defrost cycle causes some popping noise. It was suppose stop at some point- I guess not.

The refrigerator looks great and works just fine. However the delivery team was surly, came in took out tape measure and said it won't fit between the counter and the wall measured the door said it wouldn't fit through the door and said we'll leave it in the garage. I said you'll deliver it to the kitchen. When he got to the truck he measured the box and said it'll fit. They were lazy and just wanted to leave it in the garage. It fit through the door just fine and between the counter and wall just fine also. If it was rating the delivery team I'd give them ONE star.

Great fridge, very quite, but the size of the fridge is deceiving... the outside looks like a decent size but it’s actually very small in the inside, great for a small family!

So thankful to find a white finish as all my other appliances are white. So far I am very pleased with the counter depth and I have plenty of space for my needs. I like the quality, and the ice maker and cool water. The water is not quite as cool as my old refrigerator, but I use ice anyway, so it is not a problem. The delivery service was excellent, and the refrigerator looks very nice in my kitchen. Hoping it will be a good long term investment.

great refrigerator with plenty of room on the inside as opposed to our old side by side - retractable middle shelf on the right side allows for placement of wine bottles and tall containers although you wind up sacrificing the whole shelf for even 1 bottle - would be nice to have a split retractable shelf - when dispensing ice it gives a small shot of water which isn't a big deal but can be annoying. otherwise it is a great frig with plenty of room and easy to read displays.

This is the best refrigerator we have ever purchased. It is very quiet, and has reconfigurable shelves that open or slide to allow taller items. Samsung seems to have improved the ice maker which is a maintenance problem for most refrigerators. Consumer Reports ranked it as one of the top models and Best Buy had it on sale. We have owned it for a month now but so far it is awesome. Best Buy delivered it when they said and I got several reminders before hand. The delivery folks were professional and nice and did a good job of carefully bringing it up the 6 steps across our wood floor and installing it.

As a fridge and freezer, it has been what we expected. Good size, good layout and good flexibility. But the ice maker is the smallest ice maker I have ever seen and I would not have bought it had I realized that. If you have a gallon ice tea maker that says to fill the pitcher with ice, you will use it all up ... and it is about average in the time it takes to make ice...so you will be without for a while.

The fridge is gorgeous. Spacious even with the counter-depth option! Beautiful drawers and shelfs with plenty of storage. Perfect in my new renovated kitchen.

We have enjoyed this Samsung refrigerator. The only drawback is that the ice maker compartment in the left, inside door of refrigerator does take up space, preventing storage of regular size items. But aside from that, we have enjoyed this refrigerator. Love the freezer's pull handle (handles lifts up as you pull it). The space of the refrig. and the freezer is sufficient for our household. There is the sound alarm in the event the door is kept open too long. Also an additional alarm feature that flashes the lights inside the refrigerator if the door is still kept open. Also, its aesthetics is pleasing.

I love this refrigerator. It has a lot of room and has nice drawer space. This refrigerator also doesn't show fingerprints.

If you are looking for a counter depth refrigerator for a new home you will want to consider this one. shelves move easily, water and ice work well, etc.

So far so good! We have had this fridge for a month and everything has been great. As always, Best Buy online ordering/delivery/installation was a breeze and hands down the best option out there. Only minor issue we had was the water dispenser dripped for nearly 3 weeks, even after following the owner manual instructions and several online alternatives. We still get a few drops, but it is much improved. Overall, very happy with the fridge.

No complaints. Water filter is easy to change. Ice dispenses a little slow compared to some I've used.

The Samsung refrigerator offers 22 cubic feet of storage, and is counter depth. The French door setup is very convenient.
