This refrigerator is fantastic. Functionality is great, and it keeps all items at the correct temperature. The freezer is very spacious. It is also very quiet. The delivery was smooth with no issue. I appreciate that the individuals delivering the refrigerator took the time to protect the appliance. We have had numerous problems with dents, scratches, and damage when getting deliveries from other stores, so this was refreshing!

Was skeptical because of reviews, particularly about the ice maker. I’m a GE Profile loyalist but didn’t want mismatched appliances in my new home so I decided to take a chance with the Samsung frig at a great sale price. Couldn’t be happier and I love the counter depth. Great organization inside, it is efficient and fits the space perfectly without sticking out in the kitchen space. No problems at all!

We like the storage capacity and the water in the door. Nice look. Versatile space options. Also like the top drawer in the freezer. Have to open both doors to get the one fridge drawer open. Also small shelves under the ice machine door that aren't too practical but it's worth it to have the ice/ water in the door.

I have had my refrigerator for about three months now. Very impressed with it so fr, a little hard to adjust the settings. Need to read the instructions before you mess with it

Great looking fridge and well lit. Compartments and shelves are easily adjustable. Freezer has ample space. My only negative is the shelf space behind the water dispenser as there is really no space there but a pocket. I guess you could stick one bottled condiment or butter in there. Temperature is perfect for both the fridge and the freezer.

This refrigerator is amazing. Very quiet, fingerprint resistant, and looks beautiful.

I was hesitant about pursuing this fridge since it was over the top end of what we wanted to pay. But due to the appliance shortage as well as our smaller space, we decided just to buy and I’m so glad we did. I really love the counter depth design. It flows so well in our kitchen and I don’t think the normal sized fridge would have worked out well. The fridge holds a lot and it’s easy to stay organized. My only complaints are that there’s no drip tray on the water dispenser. The fridge does drip after dispensing water and there’s always splashes and sometimes even water running down the front of my fridge. I also don’t think the fingerprint resistant is a thing. The outside of my fridge is still covered in fingerprints. I also would have thought that this would come for a holding container for ice, but it does not. Overall, still very happy with my fridge. It’s just missing a few features I feel should be included.

Recently upgraded all of the kitchen appliances from traditional stainless steel to this Tuscan Sun stainless steel and the color is perfect!

We purchased this frig after lots of research & we are totally happy with the choice. Got great price on sale. Was concerned that we would loose space inside because of counter-depth size but there is plenty of space for our needs & we love the water & ice dispenser. Delivery went as scheduled. Frig is sleek & elegant. Gives our kitchen a nice updated look.

This Samsung counter depth refrigerator has more space that we anticipated. We love it. It's nice to look at as well:) It's almost a month since we purchased it and so far it's running smoothly, no issues. Our old side by side fridge was always jammed packed but this one still has space even after shopping at Costco! I spent over a year trying to find the right refrigerator, and I'm trilled I picked this one!

Solid fit in a tightly renovated kitchen built in 1936. Plenty of storage space and cools quickly and well. Miss the double ice-maker of previous Samsung and doors need that extra push to shut firmly. Installation people from Best Buy did good work and that part seamless.
