The refrigerator looks beautiful. The water dispenser is pretty far forward from the part you push to dispense. The ice maker doesn’t hold much ice. We got a counter depth when remodeling our kitchen and had a side by side before this. It just feels smaller. I can’t fit tall bottles on the shelves and I can’t fit as many sauces and dressings in the doors. Lastly, the deli drawer is nice and big, but you have to open both doors all the way in order to pull it out.

Had for a month and it is everything we were hoping for in a new fridge. Tons of room in the freezer and fridge. Looks great and easy to keep clean. Fit perfectly into our counter depth space. Use the ice maker everyday and it works great - not impressed with the ice container in the fridge, but that's not a big deal.

Good of short people, as you can actually reach things in the back! Haven't figured out the smart feature yet, probably have to find the right app, the one listed in the instructions doesn't seem to be the most current. Make sure you close the freezer all the way, or it may look like a snowstorm hit inside.

It’s been great so far! I didn’t want a counter depth fridge, because I’ve lived with one before and absolutely hated it!! Things were constantly falling out when we would open the doors and just never had enough room for everything. This one is nothing like that! Plenty of space and it honestly feels like a regular depth fridge! Super happy with it!

Tv has all the bells and whistles you really need for a fridge! Didn’t need to have any crazy screens on it. Color is amazing.

We've had it for nearly a month and can't find anything we don't like about it. It's so quiet you can hardly hear it running. Had to take the doors off to get it inside...very easy to remove and replace. I like the ice cube size, not too big to fit in a Swell water bottle. The app tells you the temperature of the fridge and the freezer, you can also turn the icemaker on and off from the app.

The Samsung 22.6 Cu ft. counter-depth refrigerator made our new kitchen complete. Not only does it match the other appliances that came with our home, but we saved hundreds of dollars getting it from Best Buy. The delivery was amazing! The refrigerator never touched the ground from the truck to the spot in the kitchen. They hooked up the power and water. Ice maker, water and everything else working perfectly with factory settings. We especially love the dutch doors opening wide help arrange food easily and efficiently. We get as much food in the refrigerator as we did with our full depth refrigerator. Could not be happier.

Samsung makes a good refrigerator. This is my third Samsung. Usually the ice maker has an issue so this time I bought the geek squad coverage. Hopefully I won't need to use it. I won't ding Samsung because I understand that most fridges have issues with the ice maker. Overall the fridge is quiet and keeps things at the right temperature.

So far great fridge. It will take a little getting use to what goes where in the fridge. lol...The only annoying thing is you must close the left door first otherwise neither will close and fridge will beep at you...

This refrigerator looks nice but it has two issues that are causing my lower rating. First, things in the refrigerator compartment, on the left-hand side, will freeze or have chucks of ice on them. Presumably this is due to the ice maker, at least that’s the only thing I can to explain it. The fridge temp is set right but this still happens. The second thing is that the water dispenser sticks so be careful if you are filling a glass full because when you remove the glass, the water won’t necessarily stop. You need to be ready to push the “pad” quickly to get it to stop dispensing.

Very nice refrigerator. Perfect size for my kitchen. So far no issues except marks showing on the inside and the water filter removal and new install is kind of a pain. Price was a bit high but it’s COVID times.. whatever.

The color ( Tuscan ) is great and makes our kitchen look completely different for the better.

Refrigerator works well and looks nice. Everything is as advertised. Only issue is that ice dispenser spews a few ice chips even when asking for cubes. Mouth of ice dispenser is too wide for any cup so a few chips typically end up on the floor.

This fridge is the perfect fit for a townhome. The two doors and the amount of space included is just the right amount. Additionally you can move the shells. The fridge has a nifty compartment where you can store beers and wine. The freezer portion is just the right amount of space.
