Let's start here: this is a beautiful refrigerator. It looks great in our kitchen. It's really too bad that is the only positive. We started having problems within weeks of the 1 year manufacturer's warranty expiring. The control panel, which is located on the center drawer, started beeping and flashing a Pc Ch error indicating a connection issue. We've been unable to get anyone to fix the problem. The issue with the control panel progressed to the point where it is now just blank. It seems the unit still cools, but we no longer have any controls to change temp, drawer function, etc. The ice maker works very poorly, producing ice slowly when it works and frequently building up frost and causing ice to jam in the mechanism. The ice maker also leaks down through the front access and must be dried frequently or it causes rust spots. It's really disappointing to have paid $2700 for a fridge that simply doesn't function well.

This fridge is really sleek and modern and looks great in our new kitchen. The flat profile gives it an almost built-in appearance. It is not completely smudge proof, but the handles themselves do not leave marks. The flex-zone function adds versatility, which is a must as the refrigerator section is pretty small. I wish the shelves on the doors were a bit deeper too. You can only fit a gallon of milk depth-wise on the lowest shelf; I know the same model without the handles had a bit more depth and you could fit a few extra things. The upper 2 shelves are shorter so can only fit medium to small jars, so if you are a condiment/sauce fiend it is going to be somewhat limiting. Other than that we love our new fridge. As for Best Buy's customer service - 1/5 stars. Be warned that if the fridge is backordered it could take months to arrive. We were rescheduled 4x over the course of 2 months and given pretend delivery dates, only to be given a call the day before to say the delivery wasn't happening. Very frustrating and inconsiderate of consumers' time. Our case manager was not very apologetic and bad with communication - he failed to return our calls or update us and had a nonchalant attitude throughout. We would have had a little more peace of mind during the wait if communication and care had been better. The in-store guys were much more pleasant to deal with, but it was pretty much out of their hands once the sale had been made. Would recommend the fridge, but would think twice about ordering from BB again.

I am the type who does TOO MUCH research before I make a large purchase. I ONLY wanted a counter depth model so my choices were fairly limited. I spent months (yes, literally 2 months) going to stores, reading reviews, watching youtube videos, etc. The black SS refrigerator gets 5 STARS for its beauty. The finish is not smudge proof as they claim, however it is MUCH MORE smudge proof than regular stainless steel. All these reviewers mention how quiet it is...well mine randomly clicks and POPS throughout the day. According to Samsung, this is normal. I've had quite a few refrigerators and none ever sounded like this. The water dispenser always makes a mess it seems. It doesn't leak, but that is the hardest area to keep clean. Time will tell how everything else (icemaker especially) holds up seeing as Samsung has a terrible reputation with said icemaker. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. At Best Buy, I opened the double doors and my jaw just dropped. It was like looking inside a Cadillac. That fridge is just as beautifully designed inside as it is outside. Well made, well constructed. Run silently. Oh and the booze drawer is a huge plus! Love that fridge especially with the counter depth option.

The look and style of this fridge is what first caught our attention. The black stainless does not smudge and show fingerprints. Inside the metal shelves and back plate give it a real nice look. Really like the lower shelf that flips and slides under to allow for tall containers. Much better idea than other fridges where the shelf folds back. Once delivered it cooled down surprisingly fast in turbo mode. Freezer went down to -10 before switching it to 'normal' mode. The fridge and freezer temps have remained absolutely constant. So far very pleased. Looking forward to the energy savings this one will have over the 20 yr old fridge it replaced.

I LOVE this refrigerator! It's a perfect size and style for our kitchen! The 3 areas of this fridge are so functional: the main top area gives us just enough room for all the main stuff we need to keep cold and I LOVE and constantly use the refilling water pitcher! The middle drawer has worked out even better than I thought, and the bottom freezer with a drawer are perfect for my frozen meats and vegetables. I never see a fingerprint and appreciate the icemaker on the front. Definitely am so glad we chose this refrigerator for our new home!

This fridge is okay if you don't plan on using much ice. The ice maker is generally slow. It has a very small ice storage. It clogs regularly and needs to be thawed out. The water and the ice dispenser on the door ill not work if either of the doors are open. I find that annoying. The off door should not interfere with water/ice dispensing but it does. I am now considering buying an external ice machine because this fridge is so poor at ice output. Our previous fridge was better.

I have had this samsung refrigerator for over two months now and it has been perfect! We receive lots of positive comments about the refrigerator when friends and family are at our house. It looks great, easy to clean on the outside and doesn't show that many fingerprints from people touching it. Lots of space to store all of our food for a family of four. Very quiet and the deli drawer is convenient to use. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a counter depth refrigerator.

Love everything about the fridge except for the ice maker. Ice is made extremely slow and loud. The middle drawer is very useful for drinks. Would buy again.

Love this refrigerator! If 4.5 was an option I would have gone with that. Have had it for about a month and a half. Love the look and the overall quality! Best Buy got us a fantastic price! The interior auto fill pitcher with infuser is amazing. Center temperature option drawer is fun. My complaints....the top sliding drawer in the freezer does't slide well and can get stuck if you don't pull directly from the middle...a little annoying. Not a fan of the ice crusher...spits out both crushed and almost full cubes.

Overall we like the fridge, but I'd hoped for better. As others have mentioned the shelf and door configuration doesn't allow for many tall items, but otherwise for a counter-depth fridge it is roomy and well organized. The water dispenser and ice maker are great, the flex drawer is functional, and the freezer has plenty of space for our usage. Does a good job of keeping things consistently cold throughout the entire fridge. The biggest flaw with the fridge so far is the very loud, seemingly never-ending high pitched tone which I assume is the digital compressor. Perhaps if I were a couple decades older with worse hearing I wouldn't notice it at all, but it's loud enough to give me headaches. If you are at all sensitive to loud, high-pitched noises I'd avoid this fridge. The finish on the fridge is very easily scratched as well, 2 weeks after delivery we already have a scratch under the handle from a wedding band touching the surface as the handle was grabbed. For a fridge that cost almost $3,000 I'd expected better. Delivery and setup was not a good experience. First crew to come out left the fridge completely off-level. The crew that came out to level the fridge seemed incredulous that we wanted a level fridge.

We love this fridge. The size is perfect. Counter depth keeps it from sticking out into the work area in the kitchen. We love the black stainless steel. it is completely fingerprint resistant. The interior is organized well and it is easy to find items and keep the fridge clean. Perfect size for the two of us.

The Samsung refrigerator works perfectly in our kitchen. The color is perfect and our refrigerator magnets also work with it. The refrigerator has more space than our old side by side; we like the adjustable shelves and the metal shelving and back wall.

This fridge replaced a Samsung that died at just over a year old. This one seems to work better. There is some water that drips from the ice dispenser from melting ice that is in the chute.

The fridge is beautiful to look at. The interior lighting is fantastic along with the stainless interior. Keeps all my food cold and the shelves are customizable. We love, the cold water pitcher as well. My biggest complaint is the ice maker. #1 the bin is small. Filling a few glasses with ice is all it can muster. #2 it is extremely slow to make ice. #3 (my biggest concern), the maker constantly freezes over and and becomes a big chunk of ice. This happens almost daily where I have to break off the block to free it. Weekly I have to take a hair dryer to defrost it as well. Not something I would expect from an expensive refrigerator. By the amount of similar complaints, I would expect this to be a product defect that should be addressed even after the warranty has expired.

I didn’t think I would be so excited about an appliance but my whole family loves it. It is really so nice looking inside and out. There are so many great features. It has the metal cooling inside & a separate metal cooling drawer. This keeps the food nice and cool at all times (especially when the kids are going in/out of the fridge & leaving the door open). Inside It also has a nice auto-filling water pitcher that you has a fruit/veggie infuser. My kids love it to have lemon water every morning. The on door ice/water dispenser is a plus. The only reason that I gave it 4 out of 5 is because I just wish it were larger. I’d give it a 4.8 if I could
