I love the way this fridge looks and how it's made. Bought on a black Friday sale and got a great price.

We have lost 100's of dollars of food and had it repaired 4 times so far. the entire system just died. We've had everything replaced and now I'm just waiting for a complete replacement from Best buy. I'm tired of waiting around for repairs and throwing out food only for a temporary fix. I'll try LG next round. Hope to have better luck.

Our main concern is that there not enough space for Milk Gallon Cans (only 2 Cans fit). Also there is water dripping issue with dispenser design.

It's also very quiet. The infusion pitcher i've found to be so so as you need to keep replacing fruit etc that you put in there. I've found the pitcher instead to just be a very quick way to get a glass of water.

It's very nice. Very roomy for a counter depth. I'm still getting used to effectively using the middle drawer, as it's totally unfamiliar. I love the internal water pitcher. We've been using it to make tea every week, and that's been awesome. So far I have to cons: 1. the crushed ice dispenser will splash ice unless you have your cup up against the outlet. 2. Fingerprints, though I guess that's expected. Other than those few things, it's very nice.

I contacted Samsung prior to the warranty expiration, and followed their guidelines, and also watched many YouTube videos, to no avail. I hope my Geek Squad plan will take care of this issue.

But my favorite thing is the built-in pitcher that automatically refills when the fridge is closed - such a great feature!

The metal backing inside looks sharp. I use the water pitcher every day. It's great always having a full pitcher of water ready to go and not having to wait for it to dispense. Be careful when cleaning the exterior! Even softs cloths leave hairline scratches very easily.
