I loved this refrigerator when I first bought it Jan. 2018, but it did not take long to fall OUT of love with it. First, I don't think anyone should write a review of a refrigerator or other appliance right after they buy it. Believe me, the worst is yet to come. First, the icemaker has broken down twice. They had to keep coming back to repair it. Then, I had been on vacation for about a month and got home on Oct. 20th, 2019. I opened the front door and the smell hit me like a wall. Lost about $300 worth of food from broken freezer, and the clean-up has been a nasty, gag-inducing job. It has been 2 weeks and it still isn't fixed, in spite of my having a 3-year coverage with Geek Squad. At one point, I reached a man who told me he was the manager for appliances. What a rude, unsympathetic, jerk. He did connect me with the Geek Squad special services and he could learn a lot about Customer Service from the young woman who helped me there. The entire control panel for the refrigerator on the middle drawer is dead. I've had 2 sets of repairmen in here, and I'm still without a freezer. My refrigerator works, but no icemaker either. Don't be fooled by a big beautiful refrigerator if it's a Samsung. I believe you will be sorry if you buy a Samsung. Moreover, I've heard other Samsung refrigerator nightmare stories. Never again.

I recently purchase this item and what a great decision. Very spacious, more room then I actual need, but good to have when needed. Very nice design and the black stainless is beautiful.

This fridge is very modern and goes really well with the style of my kitchen. It has tons of functionality, including the water pitcher and the middle drawer for smaller items

An amazing fridge. Looks and performs excellent. Cool items fast. The infuser pitcher is a great touch. Perfect for entertaining. Love the stainless on the inside!

Love this fridge. Great value. Not sure why prior review was bad. This is same fridge that Samsung offered with no handles. Mechanically very sound and well designed. Samsung merely added handles for the top, which, in my opinion, was the only improvement needed. We would definitely buy this fridge again!

Very expensive but a poor performance refrigerator. It has broken down 3 times in less than 4 months. The extended warranty plan provided by best is pathetic. They give it to a third party and despite calling several times for the same issue, they wont even replace it. Never buying any other appliance from best buy.

Good size refrigerator shelves on the door or a little narrow also the depth of the refrigerator is a little small you can’t fit a 12 pack of soda back into the refrigerator

We weren't really sure about the center drawer, when we decided on this purchase. Of all the great features of this appliance, we have gotten to depend on the center drawer the most. For just two people, the refrigerator becomes storage and we almost live out of this convenient compartment. For a family I can see this as away to keep everyone from opening and closing the refrigerator all the time. Lunch materials and snacks can b e kept here.

Luck nice inside and outside, is big, work good, ease to clean

This is a great fridge. Haven’t had any issues so far (3 months in) had a lot of storage and fits fine even though it isn’t counter depth.

This is my second Samsung 4 door French refrigerator. & I like this one even more than the last The 4 th flex drawer is so useful a little small because I got a counter depth this time The coolest feature is the refilling filtered water in the door The whole frig is very sleek and contemporary. Everyone is in awe!

This is a great Refrigerator because its designed with you in mind. organizing in the refrigerator is a breeze as can be customized different ways. They even managed to add small water pitcher in it. Love everything about it. You must see it to love it.

We haven't had this fridge for long but so far it has been great. It is very clean looking and hasn't given us any issues so far.

I really love my new Samsung refrigerator. It's so much easier to organize and see what's in it. I love the water pitcher in the door. It also looks great with the shiny stainless steel and seems much easier to keep clean.

This refrigerator is beautiful on the outside, and I love the design of the french doors. The ice maker stopped dispensing 2 months after purchase (and we rarely used it). Three unsuccessful attempts were made to fix the problem. (Seems to have something to do with electric connection in the door, not the icemaker itself.) I also have to agree with others about the cheap plastic water pitcher. Why isn't this heavy duty plastic, so it can be washed properly?? Mine also warped. Will not buy Samsung appliances again

Just received the fridge yesterday, but so far it is wonderful. Need time to figure all the ins and outs, but it came to temp quickly, ice started being made immediately.

Best upgrade refrigerator with many functions, and easy to clean up

Ice and water dispenser work great, Black stainless looks good and easy to maintain. Runs quiet compared to the Jen Aire it replaced.
