The delivery truck finally arrived today. And it was a total disaster. The geek squad showed up with pencil protectors and tried to carry the fridge up six stairs. Three times they failed and the last time the fridge fell down the stairs and bounced around scratching up my porch and knocking stones out of our wall. It would be nice if the Best Buy sent competent delivery people. It was quite obvious the delivery people were not taught how to use a strap to carry a fridge up some stairs.

My old fridge, a 7 year old LG, which gave us trouble from the get go, stuck out and this fridge fits nicely and is sleek and modern. You are not giving up space with this fridge- I can see everything, and things don't get "lost". I cook a lot and our old fridge was always stuffed and you could never find anything. This fridge helps to stay organized and the door shelves are deep, giving the perfect size for all jars and salad dressings etc. I also love the flex zone drawer which is great for fruits, veggies, and has worked well. My favorite perk is the infused water pitcher. We are all drinking more water and love this. The front stays clean with few smudges and wipes off nicely. Again, this fridge will not disappoint!

Sometimes it would pull out, other times it would get stuck half way. I called and got a replacement delivered. It suffered from the same issue. I took the drawer out and it noticed that they way it is designed, the wire for the flex zone controls gets stuck in the slider. With a week of use the wire was already showing wear. This would have failed in less than a month and the fridge would break. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL. Support has told me it is the new 2017 model . It is horribly flawed. for $3000 you expect a higher quality.
