I’ve had not trouble with the refrigerator. I’ve bought it 2 months ago. Love that it’s 3 doors

Owned for a year. Really nice fridge but the water dispenser and ice maker suck. Have had absolute terrible luck with Samsung sercive, managed to somehow get everything working for 4 months and now its acting up again.

Not good quality and too small for a family of 4. We've had issues with it within the first year.

NOT a very storage friendly appliance, other then that so far in 2 weeks I have not seen any issues so far. let see how this will behave as time goes on.

unit is nice, but does not have ice dispenser on door . water dispenser on door is very slow

Works as expected. There is no door handle, lots of finger prints and smudge is left on the doors. Its a hassle having to clean up the smudge on the door every now and then

Very nice, couple things we don't like. You have to open both sides to put things in and get things out, freezer in bottom is deep but organization is difficult, we do utilize the top drawer in freezer and ice box, very easy access

Perfect fit. Love the large Roomy compartments. I love the color and ice maker is Awesome.

So far seems just find at first trouble with water line in door. But have a replacement and it’s doing ok

Easily accessible to getting your cold cuts, produce, condiments to milk and orange juice. Large freezer capacity eliminates additional fridge w/freezer in garage. Very happy with purchase and would highly recommend.

This was a great purchase! Had it for about a year, and I still love it! If you want a french door fridge in a normal fridge spot, this is it!

very good, compact refrigerator.Holds a lot in spite of fitting in small space.good sized freezer. Option for ice water, ice. Nice narrow tray under the crisper bins on top.

There is so much room in the freezer and fridge. It can be connected to your WiFi for recipe planning and shopping lists. Easy to hookup water.

This fridge is great, just what we wanted. The fridge has tons of space and the freeze is a good size.

It's small, the front dispenser is water only (no ice) and the doors don't have handles you have to open them from the top - this was a replacement for something that was out of stock, I woudn't buy it again

We have had this refrigerator for three months and have experienced multiple problems with the water dispenser where it will not dispense any water unless the filter is removed, the water is shaken out of the filter, then reinstalled. We first tried installing a new water filter, even though it should not need to be replaced for about six months of service. About a week after installing the new water filter, the problem where water was not being dispensed reoccurred. We then placed two service calls with Samsung who subsequently sent out a service technician. We were advised that the water pressure was too low to dispense the water and that the water should be dispensing at a rate of 8 oz. in 10 seconds. He recommended that we replace the copper water tube with a new ice maker water line which is connected directly to the valve from the main water line. We installed the new ice maker water line and can now achieve the 8 oz. in 10 seconds dispensing rate. About a week after installing the new water line, the problem where water was not being dispensed reoccurred once again. After removing the water filter, shaking out the water, then reinstalling the water filter, water is dispensed at the recommended rate. What is ironic is that the ice maker will still produce ice. We never had an issue with water pressure with our old refrigerator.
