I’m going to give it more time and hopefully Samsung can work out the issues.

The first two days it worked great, the next morning it stopped working. After trying everything we replaced it with the same kind thinking it was just ours, first day worked great next day nothing. The fridge and freezer work great and have plenty of space for our small kitchen. We are currently waiting on a different fridge to arrive.

When it comes to your water dispenser, you'll want to ensure everything is in working order; otherwise, it may not dispense properly. Ensure the water pressure is between 30 and 120 psi (206 to 827 kPa). Please see these links for details.
