Water Dispenser Issues with this Fridge

I saw all the reviews, but expected that an issue of this magnitude on a $2000 fridge would be addressed pronto, but apparently not. Come on Samsung, this is not rocket science. Let us know the fix for the water dispenser!!! I turn off the water supply, disconnect the hose, reconnect and then turn the water back on and water dispenses as it should for a day or two. Previous fridge worked for 20+ years with no issue. You know what the problem is, so how about letting us all know the real solution without the mandatory link to the useless trouble shooting web page?

Today is january 12th and ui got my 4th notification that i needed to reschedule it. I hade to buy anothet one so i could get through christmas. I went for almost a month without a refrigetator and all i heard was so sorry. I even heard the excuse because of covid. How long is that going to be used. It just seems a large company like yours could do better. I plan to let everyone i know about this.
