The shelf design is horrible; adjusting it to fit milk causes you to lose one section. A two-part design would be better for this refrigerator.

For the size, this fridge is perfect. It has features that only larger more expensive units have. I would recommend to anyone with space restrictions to buy.

Love it. Spacing can get a little funny with it being so short and only having two rack options. Other than that it’s great.

I had to purchase this refrigerator because the original one I picked did not fit through my door. This one cost a lot more and I was not given a price drop of any kind so I paid more than I wanted to. However, I am really happy with the refrigerator itself. It works good and I love the double doors and amount of space is adequate.

Very very disappointed with this purchase. This should have NEVER been rated open box excellent condition. Let’s start with the exterior of the fridge…. Scratches EVERYWHERE! Shallowing denting on the left side. Makes me sick my “new to me supposed excellent fridge” looks TERRIBLE. The metal plate at the back of the fridge was all bent up. We had to try to manipulate it back into shape the best we could. Inside of the fridge was very disappointing and gross. Clearly someone “used” this fridge and it was not cleaned well. To sum it up this thing was scratched all over bad… and was sorry with mold. How disgusting to sell that. The shelving placement in the is awful which is clearly an engineering issue. I wish we would have unwrapped and looked at the fridge sooner because it definitely would have went back. This was a replacement fridge for my brothers house who passed away. I’ve had a lot on my hands and installing it immediately want a concern because it was supposedly in “excellent” condition. I have never regretted a purchase more in my life than this! Wish I could add more pictures and my video for more clarity on it condition.

Sleek design. Excellent features for the size. Hard to find a good fridge in this size with a water dispenser and ice maker.

Ideal compartment sizes and space. There is no wasted space in there.

I love my single lady refrigerator. Finding something so small to meet spacing parameters was quite a challenge. I was glad the tech team was able to come and pre measure so that my new purchase met the requirements. I like the ice making feature in the freezer. The water can drip into the small slither of a catcher. You will get use to not having a door handle . It takes plenty of time for the alarm to go off before you need to close the door. The color compliments well with back appliances.

I noticed there were scratches in it in the first week. Really terrible quality. Too bad. I thought it was really pretty and the perfect size for my little kitchen.

This is a great refrigerator. I'm a Samsung fan and own many Samsung products. This particular refrigerator was chosen for it's exterior dimensions. We have a very old home and the space for a refrigerator is limit. We have 2 cons full width sehlves and a slow water despenser. The shelves are full width and to store large items (pitchers, gallon jugs, 2 liters) you need to lower the entire shelf which leaves you with a very short shelf. Yes, you can put large items in the doors but it we feel it's worth mentioning.

The ice maker and water dispenser stopped working after two hours. It took several talks w/ Samsung Service to to rectify the problem. Their position was since I installed it myself, it isn't covered. I told them to come pick it up and I would purchase another brand. It was covered under warranty. In regard to the install- I purchased from Best Buy and it was supposed to be installed by them but the delivery personnel had no clue about installing. I had to unbox and bring it in the myself. Works fine and I am satisfied with the product.

It's a decent fridge. The shelving is good for the most part. However, the doors have very limited space. The ice maker is somewhat poorly designed, sometimes dumping ice on the floor under the fridge if the fridge is open when it decides to dump ice into the ice tray. There's no warning for it.

My husband and I bought this Samsung Refrigerator. We opted for the Samsung Care+ warranty package. What a nightmare for us! The refrigerator made a lot of noise from the start but we tried to be patient to see if it would go away! It didn't. We couldn't find a phone # or address to notify the warranty company so we made a video recording and went to the Wilkes Barre, Pa Best Buy store where we purchased it. The staff couldn't help us so they notified the store manager to help us. What a God sent miracle!!!! She and an other employee went over and above anyone I have ever come in contact with in a store.They worked very hard to find a solution for us. I have never encountered such genuine kindness, understanding, friendliness, willingness and knowledge into resolving our problem. MAURA and ASHLEY!!, thank you so much for all you did! I can't thank you enough!! This review isn't enough thanks!! With their guidance, we did end up purchasing the same model and using the Geek Squad warranty!! Never again Samsung Care+!!!

I chose this fridge as i have a small space for a fridge in my kitchen. I have had it less than a month and the ice maker bin has never been full. The freezer is all frosted up. Temp is 37 for freezer.

Since this fridge is against a wall, even though it fit perfectly in the space, but the left door wouldn't open.

Samsung unit is same height as the 23 cubit foot Kenmore (with french doors & thru door ice / water dispenser) the Samsung replaced. This was the critical need as available space above unit was limited by existing cabinets. Samsung's bottom freezer (vs. french door freezer of replaced unit) has much more usable storage space & more refrigerator space due to lack of in door ice dispenser even though Samsung has one cubit foot (rated) capacity. We do not miss a thru door ice dispenser - water dispenser available thru door works great without sacrificing interior volume. WiFi connectivity allowing the 'fast freeze' & 'fast cooling' is great feature. Ice make & tray in freezer section is large and easily accessed.
