    2 days in and the water dispenser broke. Makes ice just fine, even used the water dispenser once. Next day, no more water but kept making noises. Returned to Bestbuy

    Same issue as everyone else. Water dispenser doesn’t work. New fridge came this morning, also doesn’t work and had a dent. When I purchased, there were no reviews yet, now plenty all with the same issue. Lady on the phone had a horrible attitude, $2k fridge and it’s going back! Disappointed to say the least.

    I received this and ten days later it broke. A new refrigerator I now have to wait due to backordered appliances.

    It arrived on a Friday and by Monday afternoon the water dispenser quit working. Samsung is aware of the problem, the Geek squad did fix it though.

    Motor runs very often and it’s noisy. It sounds like someone is ringing our doorbell when the motor starts up. It’s that loud!

    We were hesitant to purchase due to all the negative reviews regarding the water dispenser issues. BUT, due to size issues, we purchased and are very pleased with the refrigerator. Water dispenser works. The cooling and space are excellent and the finish essentially eliminated finger prints on the black stainless. This unit was manufactured in November and placed in our kitchen 1/28/22. Excellent so far.

    All, I can say is, it makes ice and it keeps things cold, the water dispenser doesn't work. We waited for this unit for a month, because the first one, the exact same model, the water dispenser didn't work on it either and they can't fix it. Thankfully Best Buy is allowing us to upgrade to something different, but another month of having to buy water is getting expensive.

    We are very happy with this refrigerator. We were looking for a black stainless refrigerator that would fit in our existing space and have the features we wanted. This model fits our needs perfectly. We enjoy the easy use of the settings, the water dispenser, the well-lit interior, and the amount of space in both the refrigerator and freezer sections.

    Water dispenser did not work. Had multiple technicians come out to make repairs and ended up having to return. Good for smaller spaces, but we bought for the water dispenser.
