    I'm sad to say that I have the same issue with the water dispenser. It worked for exactly one week and now it has stopped working. This is obviously a defect and samsung should fix this with the current inventory and for those of us who have made the purchase. The rest of the refrigerator is great for my space.

    By the time we realized it wasnt holding cold temperature, the return date passed. Best Buy said there was nothing they can do. Horrible customer service!

    First fridge was defective upon delivery, constantly beeping and watet would not dispense, the fridge thought a door was open constantly. Second fridge now will not dispense water after working fine for 3 days. Repair man scheduled. Will update review after.

    Product advertised as excellent condition was damaged. The delivery company failed to contact me prior to delivery. Had to re-schedule. Delivery employee lied to me claiming he called half hour before delivery when he did not.

    Water dispenser disnt work when they delivered. Sent two different people out sisnt know why, Samsung contacted and fixed. Two days later no water coming from dispenser again. I called best buy and they are gonna replace it. Hope next one works.

    Having limited space I was excited to find a frig with French Doors and filtered water, should have read the reviews. Water dispenser did not work from day 1, replacement received In 3 days, same issue. Geek squad came out, was able to get 1 glass of Water and then nothing. Finally had it removed.

    Our new black stainless refrigerator.

    We love our Samsung frig- it is so big inside. We love the big deli tray, two doors, freezer on bottom and no handles also. We wanted black but are very happy with the black stainless which still matches our other appliances just fine.

    Fits into a relatively small opening yet provides plenty of space inside. One of the few refrigerators less than 31 inches wide that also has a water dispenser in the door.

    Installer sucks
