It worked for exactly one week and now it has stopped working. This is obviously a defect and samsung should fix this with the current inventory and for those of us who have made the purchase. The rest of the refrigerator is great for my space.

Poor quality control

Second fridge now will not dispense water after working fine for 3 days. Repair man scheduled. Will update review after.

Customer Service Issues

Sent two different people out sisnt know why, Samsung contacted and fixed. Two days later no water coming from dispenser again. I called best buy and they are gonna replace it. Hope next one works.

Water Dispenser worked one time only

Water dispenser did not work from day 1, replacement received In 3 days, same issue. Geek squad came out, was able to get 1 glass of Water and then nothing. Finally had it removed.

Our new black stainless refrigerator.

Installer sucks
