    Bought this Fridge thinking it was the best deal for my space and money and here i am 7 months in and already having problems. Yes the water dispenser went once or twice, freezer stopped freezing and fridge not holding temp. List food and at these prices Samsung didn’t even to offer reimbursement. SAD! Yes they are willing to give me a replacement because parts are on back order. Been without a unit for over a month and barely git on replacement paperwork to get a new one. Stay away from this unit.

    this was not a good fridge the darn freezer didn't work, i hope you don't buy this product, the water dispenser didn't work and when they sent 3 guys to come fix it they made it worse. before they came my fridge cooled down perrty well but now it doesn't cool down. they guy said he was a phone guy instead of a fridge guy

    Samsung issues

    I have replaced this fridge three times because the water dispenser stopped working after a few days each time. I have now returned it for a different brand because the Samsung models all have issues with ice and water dispensers. It was a beautiful fridge and everything else worked but Samsung has lots of bugs to work out still.

    Samsung Refrigerator

    We only had the fridge for 2 days and water dispenser stopped working. The crazy thing is that the ice maker still works. Best Buy need to do better with selling fridges with manufacture issues. Will never recommend this one.
