Nice refrigerator. Do not open water valve full. Only half way

The shelf design is horrible; adjusting it to fit milk causes you to lose one section. A two-part design would be better for this refrigerator.

For the size, this fridge is perfect. It has features that only larger more expensive units have. I would recommend to anyone with space restrictions to buy.

Love it. Spacing can get a little funny with it being so short and only having two rack options. Other than that it’s great.

This is a great refrigerator. I'm a Samsung fan and own many Samsung products. This particular refrigerator was chosen for it's exterior dimensions. We have a very old home and the space for a refrigerator is limit. We have 2 cons full width sehlves and a slow water despenser. The shelves are full width and to store large items (pitchers, gallon jugs, 2 liters) you need to lower the entire shelf which leaves you with a very short shelf. Yes, you can put large items in the doors but it we feel it's worth mentioning.

The ice maker and water dispenser stopped working after two hours. It took several talks w/ Samsung Service to to rectify the problem. Their position was since I installed it myself, it isn't covered. I told them to come pick it up and I would purchase another brand. It was covered under warranty. In regard to the install- I purchased from Best Buy and it was supposed to be installed by them but the delivery personnel had no clue about installing. I had to unbox and bring it in the myself. Works fine and I am satisfied with the product.

I recently purchased a Samsung 22 cu ft 3-Door Refrigerator. I have not had it very long but so far so good. My only complaint is that somewhere between the manufacturer and my home, the refrigerator was damaged. The front of the refrigerator has two very small dents.

The refrigerator replaced one that was new but did not have the configuration we wanted. The new one is perfect and holds more food than the other one. This refrigerator has deeper shelves and can accomodate more food.

It's a decent fridge. The shelving is good for the most part. However, the doors have very limited space. The ice maker is somewhat poorly designed, sometimes dumping ice on the floor under the fridge if the fridge is open when it decides to dump ice into the ice tray. There's no warning for it.

Samsung unit is same height as the 23 cubit foot Kenmore (with french doors & thru door ice / water dispenser) the Samsung replaced. This was the critical need as available space above unit was limited by existing cabinets. Samsung's bottom freezer (vs. french door freezer of replaced unit) has much more usable storage space & more refrigerator space due to lack of in door ice dispenser even though Samsung has one cubit foot (rated) capacity. We do not miss a thru door ice dispenser - water dispenser available thru door works great without sacrificing interior volume. WiFi connectivity allowing the 'fast freeze' & 'fast cooling' is great feature. Ice make & tray in freezer section is large and easily accessed.

Good refrigerator for it's size. Sleek design. Expensive. Pros are: ice maker, external water dispenser, alarm, easy to set temps of freezer and refrigerator; easy to reach water filter, love the small slide out drawer, interior lighting is great. Cons: wish the doors opened a bit more, divider in bottom freezer is permanent and cannot be adjusted to fit larger items. In retrospect, I wish I had purchased a unit with the freezer on top - I don't like how all the food in the freezer can be exposed to the room temperature when searching for what I need. And the french doors are nice, but I miss the single door.

I chose this fridge as i have a small space for a fridge in my kitchen. I have had it less than a month and the ice maker bin has never been full. The freezer is all frosted up. Temp is 37 for freezer.

Everything was great about the delivery & set up. We are enjoying the refrigerator. However the left door of the refrigerator will not stay open. The right door is fine. Also we noticed a small dent in the freezer door. We had a hard time finding a smaller refrigerator for our space . This one was only online and the store did not stock the smaller one in the store, so we really couldn’t tell the size. It would have been nice to have been able to see it first.

Fridge works great. So much room on the shelves. Freezer is really nice. Everything works perfect so far.

It keeps food cold. It will send you an alert if the temperature rises. It makes noise and flashes the lights at you if you leave the door open too long. My only complaint is that you can't open the right crisper drawer without opening both doors. The freezer is a nice size.

Since this fridge is against a wall, even though it fit perfectly in the space, but the left door wouldn't open.

Delivery was earlier than estimated. Wish my info was properly updated when ordered in store. Happy with product though!
