Easy to use. Great ice maker. Plenty of room. Easy to install. Happy to have water on the outside.

I like that we can get ice from the front dispenser and inside the freezer dispenser. One half of middle shelf you can push in for taller items. There is a button for adjusting bottom drawer to accommodate deli, and produce temp. I’ve only had 2 weeks so I hope this will be a long term appliance.

I ordered this refrigerator in December 2023. Then it was installed and the install team kinked my water line. I had to hire a plumber to fix the situation. That is the only reason for 4 stars. Samsung made a great product but the BB Install was 1 star.

Side by side is best for space and convenance lots of room easy to see and get at everything in fridge and freezer

An excellent refrigerator that exceeded all expectations. My wife and I moved into our new house that came with a fairly old fridge that died out and wasn’t keeping our food cold. We were also looking for a fridge with a water dispenser but all of the refrigerators that came with one were way too big for our small little kitchen space. This Samsung was the only fridge small enough that would fit in our space that came with a water dispenser and it fills the space perfectly! I believe it’s the most compact fridge with a dispenser on the market and it still has more than enough space for us to put all of our groceries! Couldn’t be happier! Very sleek looking too and the front is magnetic!

Overall a very pleasant experience. But I haven't gotten my appliance is yet. So I really can't say whether the whole situation has been good or bad. Other than that, my only complaint would be that the store that I purchased my appliances. It was very difficult to find someone to help me. They seem to be very short staff. But the employee that helped me was very helpful and polite.

Fridge is great! Ended up being a little too big for the spot so I had to cut down some counter space which wasn’t a big deal. However, the water dispenser is very temperamental. It works when it wants to and doesn’t when it doesn’t. Overall, this is a great refrigerator.

Love this refrigerator/freezer! It’s a rare product as it’s smaller like a traditional refrigerator yet has the filtered water in the door! A perfect fit and product for our pool house

Only 3 door we could find that will fit our opening height.

Very good fridge. The stainless steel on the outside goes great with different styles of kitchens. Wish it was bigger inside but for the price it’s a great deal. When delivered it was damaged so we had to get a replacement.

great purchase for an open box. The only thing to know is that when it is a open box Best Buy does not do shipping

Small dent on right side on corner, and center of bottom freezer. Didn't want to say anything because it took so long to get it!! Delivery guys on time, difficulty with putting it inside door from the garage and husband took door off with no issues. We thanked them after setting it up, so efficient We believe the dents were already on it before delivery!! Everything working well!!

We love it. After 15 years of using our old one, this felt like getting a new car. We walk by and make a comment every time about how nice it is. Works better than expected.

Took extra time to have this appliance delivered to tenants after purchase date, but they are happy and have expressed their satisfaction with this refrigerator. They really like the drawer organization. I really like they have filtered water without opening the door, and that the ice maker is accessible inside freezer, rather than on door. In my experience, ice makers with door access have problems early on.

Nice features, lacks any split shelves. Nice size freezer.

We love our new refrigerator. The icemaker makes ice fast and the water dispenser works great. finding a French Door Refrigerator that fit our space was not an easy task but Best Buy came through for us. It was perfect for our smaller space. Delivery was excellent.

This refrigerator replaced a side by side we had. Storage room is very adequate. Would like to be able to store more taller items in the main area without having to remove a shelf but found adequate storage of taller items in the door shelves. The meat/cheese drawer has plenty of room as well as the vegetable bins. Probably won't use the water dispenser as we prefer one dispenser in the door but ice tub in the freezer adequate; have to open freezer to get to the ice but that's OK. Freezer smaller than side by side but again adequate. Can now store a frozen pizza in it. Couldn't in the side by side. Overall very pleased with this refrigerator.

Pros: Quiet operation. reliable ice making, app allows to enable/disable features and change temperature Cons: Thermometer thinks it's cooler in the fridge than it is as checked by an analog thermometer, so we have to run it at its lowest settings. Can't monitor temperature from app. Ice can drop while freezer drawer is open. We also have had a hard time adjusting from a side by side with a larger freezer. Paired with the room that the ice bucket takes, it feels like the freezer area is small.

Excellent fridge for my limited space! I wanted French doors and was having a hard time finding one that fit with the options I wanted. I got everything in this one.
