Frig and Freezer work ok. Minimal light in the freezer, there's only a light on the left side.

Love the design and size. Bought this refrigerator for my mom’s townhome where the kitchen has a smaller space for built in regenerator. Most of the smaller refrigerators lacked adequate space. This one maximizes space and has modern 4 door design

The refrigerator is spacious and the right size for a smallish space. I would like that the doors had handles instead of them being at the top of the refrigerator doors The refrigerator is just right

Love this purchase. Lots of room for the size. It is a Smart appliance as well.

I like the fridge, but they stated the finish was finger smudge proof, but it is not. It shows the fingerprints very clearly!!

We returned it the next day after delivery! To change the shelf position you had to take the bins off the doors to get the shelf out. Then when lowered the room in-between the two shelves was nearly useless. The water dispenser worked when it wanted to.

Everything was professionally handled. I just wish that you could give a better more cocise delivery time. 7 AM untill 7 PM is not good

We purchased this item a little over 6 months ago and have been very happy with it. The delivery, installation and removal of our old unit were all done above our expectations.

Once the Geek squad took care of ice maker,I was very pleased with unit.

it looks nice and fits nicely in a smaller kitchen but it didn't take long to miss having traditional door handles. After a month or so of owning it, the right door began to sag and doesn't open/close smoothly. It's noticeable compared to the left door. I really like how it cooled the food, the LED lighting, and the sharp look of the fridge. It's just not for me (returned).

quiet, cleanable, could use spare shelf, Freezer, freezer baskets would be nice, cold water taste less than good.

Since I was limited by size there were only 2 refrigerators in this style that would fit my kitchen. I love this fridge. It’s a big improvement over my old top freezer fridge. I did have an issue with the water dispenser which required Samsung to send a technician out to replace an electric switch with a non electric piece. Everything is working now but beware there could be some time on the phone with Samsung required if you purchase this

Nice size and space for storage. Pretty good usage of the space that we had available in our kitchen. It is taking some getting used to there being no handles on the doors.

Love the frig, plenty of space and the huge freezer.

The placement of the drawers inside the refrigerator is awkward both doors have to be open to open the drawers. Also the ledge on the water dispenser is not wide enough water drips down the side of the fridge. It’s very quiet and that’s a plus. I do like the freezer very deep drawer and top drawer with the ice bin. I am rating it but have only had one month.

We really enjoy our new fridge! We were surprised to discover it makes ice in the bottom drawer freezer, lol.

I like that the freezer in below. That way all the items are are eye sight in the frig. Icemaker works pretty good too. A great add-on to purchase.

"In everything give thanks." That's what the Bible says--but sometimes we forget to be grateful. Especially for the ordinary things. I am going to say we are very happy it's a beautiful and elegant look and overall we are very satisfied.

Very spacious and easy to clean. My original fridge came with a dent and Best Buy made it so easy to replace it with a non dented one. Ice maker is quiet and fills fast.
