Simply great and wonderful best value for your money

I find product Samsung - Family Hub 22 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator - Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel really nice and chic. However, storage for condiments insufficient on both sides of the doors. Not wide/deep or tall enough to put condiments such as ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salad dressings, etc. The computer feature on the front door is awesome. High tech! I would recommend with above caveat.

Needed a new fridge after years and this makes up the change. I have heard of problems and a lawsuit with the ice maker, but so far i have not run into any issues besides it taking a minute to receive crushed ice.

Great Refrigerator with amazing space in both the refrigertator as well as the ffreezer. The touchscreen on the front is an added bonnus as well.

Still in warehouse but can’t wait to have it delivered

The family loves this refrigerator. The ice maker could be better but over all a good product.

This refrigerator is sleek looking. All fancy functions works great for now. It is nice to pull up recipes directly on screen. Screen saver with pictures is a nice feature. Thing I don’t like about is that it gets finger stains very easily ( every time you open, even your hands are completely clean). It’s cooling motor is much louder than my previous refrigerator. I also notice some light layer of ice forming on drawers and shelves of frozen section..

My wife & I are excited to have such amazing fridge.

I love the layout of the new refrigerator. It is easy to get to the refrigerated items inside. The double door refrigerator/freezer combo is a nice touch. He computer is useful and integrates the of the Web. With that said it seems a little small ish on the inside of the refrigerator for storing items. It also does not integrate with Google pictures for Amazon pictures and you must use a Samsung account to do that.

Love the versatility of this fridge with the adjustable and retractable shelving. The flex zone is amazing. It's great to have the added flexibility when needed.

Had this product for 2 weeks, and found out the reason it’s not making ice is bec Best Buy sold me an appliance with no ice maker (fluffed with styrofoam) , no condenser and motor. The open item was a display item sold to me. 3 star for Samsung for coming and evaluating the unit within the week and being truthful for finding out the missing parts, but less 2 star for not owning to help to make it functional. I was advised to return item to the store. 3 star for Best Buy for accepting the item back but no compensation for spoiled food and the aggravation of having no functional ref for weeks. The reps were accommodating but not compensating. They took the item back and refund my money period. Surprises I received a certificate for $170 in my email, ok that’s good but when I went to the store, it won’t go through. The certificate is empty! It’s a learning curve, very unexpected. For something like this to happen to a consumer who just want to purchase an item, turned out a series of bloopers . Wouldn’t want this to happen to others.

Took self-training to work through how to use the front panel. Am having to get use to the small freezer side at the left bottom though have the ability to turn the flexible side on the lower right to a freezer if needed which I like the flexibility. Husband likes the wine storage for this area. Wish I had a small drawer in the top portion for storing cheese and deli meat. Side door storage is really small which is a negative to me.

The fridge itself works amazing!! No issues with functionality and the ability to use two different temperatures for the bottom chambers is a very nicely added bonus. The wine setting is fantastic and leaves wine perfectly chilled. As for the smart tablet, it does not work the best and the browser constantly crashes. Mostly used for music as the speaker is relatively loud and there are no issues with either of the music apps.

Nice refrigerator, but the only thing I don't like is the ice maker to small.
