Ice maker is the worst, don't buy this fridge

I wish I had my 10 year old one back now it is that bad. I also don't like how the doors always seem to stay open when you try to close it. What's more, best buy made the return process so difficult that I went past my 15 days to return it and now stuck with it. Won't be buying from Best Buy ever ever again.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I see you have some concerns with the Family Hub 22 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex French Door Counter-Depth Fingerprint Resistant Refrigerator. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that we value your feedback. We will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.
By tilting the fridge back in small increments on the right and left sides, the doors should automatically close when the doors are open halfway. Once achieved, make sure the fridge is level. This will help close the door automatically and prevent the other door from opening.
