    Broken fridge

    I love the tech but it has to work as a refrigerator first. Thank god I got an extended warranty. I had countless repairs and even the manufacturer repaired it for free. Save yourself a headache and don't buy a Samsung fridge. Just read some horror stories on the web. The fridges are broken and not repairable. No solution offered from the manufacturer and my extended warranty put the wrong parts in. I wouldn't recommend Geek Squad or Samsung.

    Samsung fridges are lemons

    Dont do it Samsung fridges are lemons. Im the owner of model # RF32FMQDBSR serial # W76643BF200478J which is just like this fridge but without the display. The ice maker located in the fridge compartment freezes over every month after numerous reports to samsung they make excuses that its your fault. Now it turns out they are getting hit on a class action because its crap. After so much frustration the display says you can turn it off and i did. I doubt that its truly turned off cause its now totally frozen over solid. Great! Thats not all for sometime ive had a gut feeling the primary fridge section was not running cold. However the display would always say its below 40 degrees. So i believed samsung. WRONG! I recently put in 2 seperate thermometers and both confirmed the fridge can barely get below 50 degrees fahrenheit. The coils are not frozen over, ample space around the fridge, doors close shut and thermistors in the fridge were replaced. Sounds like a universal problem for this model and everyone just gets the run around and filibuster from samsung till the warranty runs out....

    Overall Great Product

    The doors are uneven and it says to use snap rings that I did not get when the fridge was delivered. I was hoping there was a specific part number or something to buy to level the doors but couldn’t find anything in the manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Other than the doors being uneven everything about this has been working great so far and I am enjoying all the features especially the memos, calendar and speaker.

    Worst product ever! DO NOT BUY!

    1st one lasted about a year and a half and was finally replaced after 9 attempts to fix! The 2nd one is currently being repaired for the 3rd time as I write this with no success! Lots of cool features but it does not work! I will never buy another Samsung. The repair company is the worst!

    ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED

    Expensive piece of garbage. Ice maker has known issues. TotalTech rep says $500 to fix it and it "probably wont work and Samsung doesn't care." Problem started in January, tech comes out in April and tells me I no longer have coverage. DO NOT BUY THIS

    We have had multiple issues with the ice maker and now the freezer is not cooling. We have had it now for just over three years and have to cover repairs outof pocket because the warranty is only one year. For a $5000 appliance, the freezer should not stop working after 3 years.

    The refrigerator seems to work well. However do not expect the ice maker to work. Yes, it worked for us for almost 1 year. However, although the manual says one does not need to do a defrost and they do not have a button for it either. Do not believe this review. google Samsung ice maker. Its an absolute NIGHTMARE. EVERYONE has this problem. Samsung has been unresponsive. I will update this review should they decide to actually do something about it. There is now a class action lawsuit on the issue which sadly, I must join.

    I’ve had a Samsung French door since 2016. Worked good for about year and half. I have had major problems with it since. Ice maker problems are constant.Also The internal coils freeze up and water starts draining inside refrigerator. You have to empty refrigerator, pull the shelves out, defrost overnight then take back panel out. Ice maker freezes up all the time. Don’t buy one.

    Poor quality

    I purchased this refrigerator back in 2019 with a 5 year protection plan. In less than years I've had the ice maker replaced twice and a door replaced once. Finally they just gave me a credit for a new fridge as this was a lemon. With that said the quad door is awesome. Also don't let them tell you black stainless won't smudge as it does

    Terrible product and service from Samsung

    I purchased this refrigerator, washer and dryer 4 years ago and I would say Samsung brand won't be on my list for any reason. I contacted them after a few months after I used this refrigerator and they asked to pay for 299 to have someone to come and check on the door and ice maker. The 10 year warranty only apply for compressor.
