Ice dispenser not the smoothest and fingerprints do show somewhat. Need a compatable samsung tv to take full advantage of the screen. Seems to cool alright. Wish it had a bit more storage space on the top level.

I was so excited about all of the tech included with this fridge but turns out I don’t use any of it. The shopping list and the view inside, which should be the most useful of the options, never seems to work and then I’m left standing in the grocery store without a list or knowing what’s inside. The ice maker also tends to freeze over and I then have to get out a hair dryer to melt the ice that has built up in the ice maker. I’ve only had the fridge 9 months and I’ve had to do it three times. I’ve learned now to turn off the ice maker when I travel and am gone for extended periods of time as it’s worse when it’s not used regularly. Overall, I like the look and layout of the refrigerator but I wouldn’t spend the money again on all the extra tech.

Has lots of space and its nice to be able to choose what the bottom right door does. Only con is the ice maker is very very small and seems to be very slow.

Love this fridge!!! The music while I cook is nice, kids special drawings are sweet, and being able to see if I forgot anything is a plus too with internal camera

This smart Refrigerator is amazing, I love to listen Spotify on it. The only con is the refrigerator is not big enough inside so for a big family I would not recommend.

Love this refrigerator. It has redefined a “ kitchen experience “ . The only down size is it’s a little small.

I am more than pleased with this refrigerator. The freezer is much roomier than I expected and the French door refrigerator space is great.. I have shopped for over 2 years to replace my previous counter depth refrigerator which was a side by side and I never really cared for it as the freezer did not fit many items and the refrigerator space was never wide enough. I was a bit Leary about the Samsung meeting all my needs but it has actually surpassed my expectations. If you are in the market for a counter depth refrigerator then I would definitely recommend this product

We love the touch screen and play music almost all day. We also like the flex zone in the bottom so we can switch from frig to freezer depending on our needs. Cons - collects more fingerprints than expected and hard to program with an Apple phone.

I love my new frig and everything works great!! The Family Hub is awesome and playing my favorite music and a family vacation slideshow is impressive.

We love our new Samsung smart fridge. I admit, this is a niche product. There are other fridges with more physical features (built in SodaStream etc...) BUT if you are someone who would really take advantage of the smart features you will love this fridge. Being able to reorder common items, keep track of shopping lists that sync with your phone automatically & being recommended recipes is so useful. I can't remember how I ever got along without it

We loved this refrigerator. Easy to use, and the children had a great experience with the touch screen display. We used it for music, photos, and food recipes. Unfortunately, the ice maker stopped working after 18 months of use, and was irreparable.

I have had this refrigerator in my previous home but it didn't have the camaras and samsung hub. When construction completed and I moved into my new house last month, the only refrigerator for my new home is this refrigerator. this is a great refrigerator and the options for part of the freezer to become a refrigerator is of great benefit. I highly recommend this particular model.

Easy-to-use. Can play music watch your ring videos and much more I haven't learned yet.

A great refrigerator that is perfect for counter depth with an inside camera . Family hub is also great.

Overall is a regulat refrigerator only that you can watch youtube,your pictures amd a lot of other things.What I dont like about it are the storage boxes very hard to clean them for so expensive refrigerator.So I am disappointed.Very expensive is not very good!

I love this refrigerator! Love being able to read a recipe without glasses when I’m cooking. At the same time I can listen to music from Pandora! It has a timer with multiple settings. 5 or more timers at the same time! Talk about multi tasking!!! The freezer is awesome with French doors and drawers to keep things in order!!!

Customer service was able to go above and beyond for us to get this fridge. It’s amazing. We previously had a smart hub Samsung fridge. We needed another one! This one with the four doors and flex zone is great. It allows us to use the bottom for whatever we need.

My wife and I love what it offers. It’s Counter depth So it fits well with our cabinets. Some of The apps work every time, except for a few which I’ll mention, and love the fact that we can see what’s inside the fridge. The ring app takes a long time to load and have to subscribe or Else you can’t view it. I’m surprise it doesn’t have the Nest app, but Nest works well through the website since I have a link set for us to view who’s at the door or other cameras. We love The fact that we can either have two freezers or just one. The cooling is awesome, My food tastes fresh and last longer than before, also it’s a lot quieter than my old fridge which I could hear it from upstairs. The ice maker doesn’t crush the ice very well, but since we don’t mind of having ice, it doesn’t bother us.

Great fridge. Wish it made ice faster and higher quantity. The apps are great. Not as smooth as an Apple platform, but works. Some glitches with the Ring doorbell, but when working it’s awesome! Having the ability to add more fridge space is awesome.
