I love the counter depth, but I did lose 7 cubic feet from my last refrigerator. Also have trouble with the tv mirroring. Some days it works, and then the next day if won't. I will continue to try and figure out what I need to do

This is a replacement for the original because problems with ice maker. Haven't seen any issues so far. The pad in the front door is great for sharing schedules, memos, photos,etc. The shopping list and food dating features are great.

Very good refrigerator, low energy consumption, sleek design, stores a lot. Love the functionality of converting bottom part to cooling or freezer!! Love the screen and internet connection. Lovely camera to see inside without opening the door. Love writing notes or displaying pictures on the screen

If you are looking for the latest and best Samsung, this is the one to buy. Unlike last years model, this one has an AKG speaker built in for clear full range sound. It is also counter depth for that "built In" look. It also benefits from the latest software and App update.

Great fridge, I like the four doors and flex system that can be used as a refrigerator or freezer. There are things that I would like to see Samsung improve on: 1) Registration of the smartphone app requires giving access to much more personal data then I should have to such as my contacts. 2) There is only a limited number of apps that come loaded with the fridge and not able to load more. The screen should function like my smartphone so I can run the apps that most useful for me. I do like the calendar app, but needs to be more configurable to see family members.

Well it does so much, that after 6months of having it...we still haven't used all its smart features. Love it still. I pull up my ring on it and look up recipes. Kids use it to Google stuff for hw. And i love that i have a small freezer on one side and the other veggie tray area. Still happy with it. No complains!

Overall this was a great purchase, as I am finicky about things I purchased the counter depth model. It looks great but does limit the interior space. Other than that it is a great fridge.

While we love the fridge, it seems to pick up a lot of dirt, smudges, and fingerprints. The doors also don’t always close completely. Humidity inside the fridge seems to be higher than what should be normally expected

Its a very nice refrigerator with all features . Especially smart hub our family is enjoying alot . Spacious shelfing , vegetable baskets and flex part of refrigerator is great

I purchased the four door Samsung smart family hub model and initially had an issue with water dispensing and ice making. Replaced the fridge and it works great now. The four-door model causes issues when I need to access frozen items. I have to bend down when other models offer freezers up top for more convenience. We were at a slight disadvantage since we required a counter-depth fridge and at the time this was the only option. The only other issues is the compartments attached inside the doors are narrow and does not fit much. The ice bucket is also small but we are making it work. Otherwise it is a great fridge so far:-)

Great technology, a few things could be better including the camera and speakers. Could also have more space but as far a counterdepth fridges go this is definitely the most close to counter.

we have had this fridge for about 2 weeks and so far it has been working fine. The design makes it satnd out in our home and the technology is amazing.

I have had this refrigerator for three years now and I have had to replace the ice maker three times, tomorrow will be the fourth. This one only lasted six months. I called Samsung and they literally told me that "I was disgusting because I did not want to pay for another repair". Just google Samsung to find a class action lawsuit against Samsung for not taking responsibility for their failed design. I also have the connected stove, which burns food on one side. The repair man said that he has done all that he can do, it was just a poor design. And I have the connected dryer that always say the vent is plugged. Do yourself a favor and wait until the lawsuits have been resolved before looking at Samsung again.

This refrigerator is excellent. The ability to change a section between freezer and refrigerator is very helpful. We use the display much more than I thought we would, especially the calendar.

The extra fridge/freezer option is really useful. we keep 75 percent fridge and 25 percent freezer. The touchscreen is really useful when you can put your grocery list on it and then see it on the app at the grocery store.

The screen freezes a lot and need to be reset frequently. The ice maker is tinny tiny and the water comes out very slowly. I was hoping the refrigerator features would reflect on the price paid but not. I would not recommend it. The only good thing is having then option of using 1/4 of the refrigerator as freezer as well. The rest is not worth paying and the quality is arguable.

This refrigerator has everything i need , technology , space, and efficiency. we love of having a iPad in the kitchen . I can make my shopping list in the iPad and be able to read it in read it in my iPhone is amazing!! My kids are crazy about it.

Best Buy had the best price for this model out of all of the retailers we looked at. Most everyone else did not have this fridge available for weeks and Best Buy had it available for pickup within days. This model has exceeded expectations. Usually I stay away from Samsung when it comes to refrigerators. However, the features cannot be beat for our needs. Being able to switch the lower right quadrant to extra refrigerator space but also have it as a freezer option is so nice! Food doesn't get lost in the freezer as it is not an entire drawer to pull out. Really appreciate the thought and design that went into this.

Cool fridge and freezer. I listen to recipes while cooking and use the accessories a lot.

So far so good, I learn something new every day with this fridge. I've read some reviews that said the ice maker is a issue, but I haven't had that issue as of yet, and I hope I don't. Time will tell!
