I absolutely love this fridge it looks gorgeous in my kitchen and buying a counter depth kitchen is smaller in size so it doesn’t protrude out it is so worth it aesthetically

Has a lot of room for the counter depth fridge. The apps, camera & speaker are awesome features.

Love the flex door setup and the built in tablet. Lots more people would purchase it if the price was a lot less. Definitely taking a step into the future with this design. Would give it a 5 star rating but people have experienced issues with the ice maker failing.

Overall very good refrigerator. Not easy to adjkust shelves though as the bottom frig shelf is linked. The best feature in the flexible lower right section which can be a freezer or frig or wine cooler. As for the "smart" part of this appliance many features. The cameras to view the inside of the frig do not cover the whole firg and the labelling program often guesses wrong. Not especially usable but entertaining. You can spy on your food from your phone. If positioned in your kithcen strategically, the smart family hub can be used as a family hub.

It looks beautiful. Improvements can be made with tablet (this is not an android base tablet they use Tizen OS) so you can not download the application such as youtube and other needed in the kitchen, there is very little application for it :-( very disappointed on the tablet :-( No google voice assistant :-( and it would be nice to have the option of choosing google or bixby But overall the fridge is OK

The speaker can not be put on high because it will shake/vibrate and sound terrible. However, everything else about the features are amazing and my kids love the hub.

Love the ease of use of this fridge. The flex zone is amazing and gives me the ability to flip quickly. I also think this fridge is beautifully designed.

This frig caught our eye in the store. It was pricey but well worth it. I looks great in our kitchen and lots to features.

We love the touch screen, the speaker is pretty loud as well. And all the features it has. A must if your trying to have a smart home

Technology galore! I love being able to play music on it while I’m in the kitchen. It has everything that you can imagine.

Really nice fridge and really like the flex zone. Lots more space than the side by side it replaced. So far ice maker is wonderful.

Pricey - but a great amount of flexibility with settings - - The "Family Hub" is entertaining as well as very useful.

I wanted to wait before I wrote this review. I bought this fridge back in Feb 2020 and so far it's been nothing but amazing. I was really worried about the ice machine b/c that seems like the biggest issue when I was reading reviews. It's working fine and I hope it continues. The design is amazing and it's perfect for my wife and I. We use the flex space for our wines and soda. However, I do wish the ice machine was a bit larger and there were more available apps. We use Nest and this fridge only has ring. I also use youtube music instead of pandora or spotify. We tend to run out of ice when we host parties of 8 or more. Overall, I love this fridge. I do recommend that you do not stuff your freezer. This fridge requires adequate space for air circulation. The lack of air circulation is what causes ice crystals and frosting to build up. Once I stopped blocking the air flow in the freezer from the back vents I've never had another issue.

Best buy delivery system got them into two star rating. The Fridge was mishandled by the delivery people who accidentally broke the refrigerator door sensor. I saw the part break. The broken part was taped into place and the delivery crew promised to order the broken part which has so far not arrived. The fridge makes a beeping noise off and on and we have to push in the broken part for it to work smooth. I suggest you replace the broken part with a new one. I feel the screww holding the broken part may be broken inside the metal and there would be difficulty in making the part hold in place !!! We cannot vouch for the quality of this product till the Fridge functions well.

Replaced a black Samsung fridge and the wife absolutely loves it! Many cool features and love the Ring app built in!

The refrigerator works amazing, and does a great job of keeping all areas the same temp. The flex zone is very convenient and easy to use. Way more space than you expect. Nice and tall, but the hinges at the top make the front a little taller than the standard at that size, i had to cut into my custom cabinetry to make it fit. the smart display is limited to only a few apps with no "app store" and does not integrate with google or google home so your stuck with bixby :( wish it atleast had google music.. inside cameras are a little gimmicky, i can see how they can be helpful, but not really because you cant see everything.

Love this refrigerator. Kids like playing music and writing notes on it.

This product looks great and functions great! Love playing music in the kitchen.
